So, I purchased a few different meals in order to get a 8 piece bucket free based upon spending a minimum of $15 dollars worth of food. Well, I have never ever had chicken from any fast food, restaurant, vendor or anywhere for that matter where the chicken was absolutely horrible. It made me think that maybe that free 8 piece bucket contained chicken made from the week before or later that they froze and then handed out as a promotion. As a result, of just how bad that chicken was I will never set foot inside a KFC ever again. Also, I will make sure that for anyone who is willing to listen, to make sure they or anyone they know, never purchase any chicken from them ever again. I feel I am obligated to make sure no one else ever has to experience what my family and I did. I get chills thinking about taking a bite of that chicken. The skin was the soggiest skin I have ever tasted. Terrible!!!

Open till 1:00 and went to the restaurant at 11:00 and was told that I could not have any wings case did not want to cook them case was cleaning the kitchen and only hour to clean the staff meamber name Jeff is what he gave me as he sprays openly all over open food left out that still had mind you told there was no wings and asked for the supervisor and then she went to make the food and correct the matter and then he went and sprayed chemicals and then dropped the food on floor as told to wait by the door for my food I paid for will I come back to this location ever again this turned me off and I don’t think I will ever be able to come back to a establishment like this again.

This place gets orders wrong all the time. If you order through the app for pickup make sure to pick up inside if you can and open your order there to check for what's missing.
Do not buy from this restaurant, I have been doing Uber for 3 years, every time I came to this KFC to take an order, they asked me to confirm the order in front of him, because I am a black man, as if I were a thief. I find this as an act of disrespect. Since I do not confirm, they kept your order. The people who work in this restaurant are really racist.

Every time I order here it’s a 50/50 shot if they’ll actually listen to the order specifications. I never even change my order drastically I just want no mayo on my chicken littles but half the time I walk away with nothing cause they just disregard custom orders.
