Do not buy from this restaurant, I have been doing Uber for 3 years, every time I came to this KFC to take an order, they asked me to confirm the order in front of him, because I am a black man, as if I were a thief. I find this as an act of disrespect. Since I do not confirm, they kept your order. The people who work in this restaurant are really racist.

Every time I order here it’s a 50/50 shot if they’ll actually listen to the order specifications. I never even change my order drastically I just want no mayo on my chicken littles but half the time I walk away with nothing cause they just disregard custom orders. For context I often order this to be delivered but nonetheless these people making the food are still the ones messing it up. Please do better KFC Patchogue.

I was picking up a meal and the manager who was there on 6/23/2024 treated me in a bad mood. I showed her the name to pick up and the order and she told me that if my wife wasn't going to pick it up she couldn't give me the food because I might steal it. It's the first time I've been treated like this. I don't know if it's because of my skin tone, but that manager doesn't know how to give customer service.

Counter server was very attentive to my order, especially in getting it correct. It was a split order and was bagged up correctly! I noted to Kelly that she should consider being a waitress in restaurant with a little bit more experience!! It's great to see young people take their jobs seriously and carry them out well!!!

So I haven't been to KFC in decades and this past week I visited them 5 times in a span of few days!!One of my son had his wisdom teeth extracted last week and since he couldn't eat anything solid - Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were his go to and according to my husband - KFC was the best!!I ordered large Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese every order but during one of the visits the aroma of the Biscuits hit me so hard I couldn't resist ordering one just for me ... I had forgotten they tasted soooo Goooooooooooood - hot, fresh and mouth melting - I devoured the whole biscuit in a few bites and then drove back again to order one more ( tooo much of a good thing is also not good ?)!!The staff at this location was so nice cause I told them why I was there and we shared a few smiles!!Thank you Lord!

Went to KFC to try the new wraps got the combo it was honestly nothing to write home about woke up middle of the night stomach turning.. find myself at the toilet bowl barfing it all up bright and early in the morning. Food poisoning ID SAY SO! Never will eat KFC again thanks
