My husband is a native Ecuadorian and we are always on the hunt for authentic tasting Ecuadorian food. Very few places have caught our attention but this is definitely one of them.
The food tasted very authentic (mother in law and my pregnant self approved ) and the portions were perfect .
Ecuadorian restaurants that I have visited usually have poor service and is what I usually expect from them but this place really exceeded restaurant service. Very attentive servers and well mannered .
I hope I can expect consistency in the food and service as I plan future visits here.

I went to pick up my 2 sopas marineras . We started eating the soups the seafood was bad and it tasted sour. I called to let them know, and ask them for the 70 dollars I spent . They said they would only give me half of the money back bc they didn’t have any other complaints about anyone else food. Like good for them but sucks for me. Never coming back here

I start with the positive: everyone in my party (seven) liked the taste of their food and their "rice dishes" are large. Now for the not-so-good; although our waitress was very nice, she/they screwed up almost every dish. Two members of our party had to wait over ten minutes after the rest of us were served-and still problems. My dish, salmon came with a clump of dry-white rice-no salsa or anything with it. My plantanos were dryer than my napkin. And, I had one glass of (house) wine and it was $19.00!! My meal alone was $24.00. In many restaurants I could have gotten an entire bottle of wine for $19.00 But wait, there's more; EVERY SINGLE PARTY HAD A BIRTHDAY "CELEBRATION." In addition to singing, they serve a piece of cake with a flaming/smoking "Candle" and after a while the smoke was irritating many of our throats. And, forget having a conversation; the singer/music that night was so LOUD that we asked, three times, for them to lower it/her. They did however the singer raised the volume each time...she has no sense of how to "read a room." If anything, order food to go-Don't even think about eating in.

SUPER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCELLENT 10/10 BUT THE FOOD WAS A FLAVORLESS CEVICHE WITH BADLY CLEANED SEAFOOD AND A SOUR FISH. THE CORVINA IN A TERRIBLE SEAFOOD SAUCE WITH A BAD SMELL WITHOUT SIMPLE FLAVOR, ENJOY THE CANGUIL WITH CHILI MUCH MORE.

I ordered 2 orders, a Picada Paisa for the value of $42:64 and another order of Parrillada de la Casa for the value of $67:60. Pay all that so they give you a small meal with nothing to do with what it looks like on the menu, that's an abuse oh I uploaded the photos with the receipt and the orders that Ise so you can see the price I paid for such little food oh places that give you better food for less money the first and last time I go to that place
The place is very nice, good atmosphere, very nice decoration, good service, the food has no taste that makes you happy to return… I recommend a good chef, you have to hire

Yesterday was our first time at this restaurant and probably our last. When we arrived (9:15 - 9:30) there was no one at the door so we walked to the bar where we ordered a drinks menu. Shortly after, a woman (waitress, messy hair) approached us in a rude and not at all friendly manner, she told us that they had no space for us and that we had to leave the restaurant, ?? I couldn't believe it, I work in the service industry too and that to me is unacceptable. There are ways to communicate to a client the current situation of the service but this person is not interested in the business or their job.
