I always have a good experience here. The food is always great and everyone helping us has been pleasant.

It was good, food was tasty, staff pleasant, good variety, price was a little high for what you get but not terrible. Very loud from the live music.

Bathrooms are a mess. Filthy. Get some new garbage cans. Always a great experience but leaves me concerned if you w had to use tge bathrooms. And so does the staff. Easy fix.

Food was good, wait staff was friendly but not quite as attentive as we would like. We had to keep asking for things like silverware, etc. but would go back and give it another try...

I attended an event Friday night and this place blew me away on so many levels. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Between Kaitlyn giving me a sample of one of the wines because I told her I was picky about wine and Zack accommodating an absolutely ridiculous request, they were all just amazing people. I’m autistic and I make some ridiculous requests sometimes, but Zack didn’t even bat an eye. I have pet rats and I saw that broccoli rabe was on the menu as a side, so I asked if I could take home like a single piece and he didn’t even blink, he just said to remind him before I left. I will definitely be patronizing them in the future

We had the eggplant parmigiana panini and the white spartichoke pizzette and both were excellent. The staff is friendly too. Highly recommended.

I want to be able to rate this place better but they’re a complete rip off. Grabbed a surfside yesterday and my bill was $21.75. Absolute rip off, wish I was told the price before I handed my card over. Will not be back.

$40 for a 2oz portion of leather veal with cold mashed potatoes. $12 for basically a shot of red wine.
Live music was nice with the two young kids.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. On our way in, it appeared to be a quiet evening and we were greeted warmly by the hostess, which made a great first impression. Our server, Zack, was terrific—attentive and friendly. The food was also good, and overall we enjoyed our experience. However, one major issue did affect our overall impression: the restrooms. Unfortunately, they were not clean. There appeared to be something unpleasant growing around the sink faucets, and one of the restrooms was completely out of toilet paper. My wife was particularly upset by the state of cleanliness, and we noticed we weren't the only guests who seemed uncomfortable about it. We would have rated the restaurant higher, but cleanliness, especially in restrooms is something we feel strongly about. I would strongly recommend that management stay on top of restroom maintenance to ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and presentable at all times.

Waitress was extremely rude, she barely spoke to our table and was extremely short with us.

Food selection was okay, we were all so hungry so anything was going to be fine.
Service was great. Unfortunately, the leftovers we took home had a long blonde hair. Our kind and friendly waitress had long blonde hair. It happens. However, I called the restaurant to let them know and was told the manager would be informed. I was expecting a more empathetic response. The person didn’t ask about our visit, perhaps asking some details, or my number so the manager could call me, so it was rather disappointing. Our meal with 20% tip came out $159 so unfortunately I cannot recommend with high notes about this restaurant. The food was fine but the lasting impression was the hair. Who knows if there was another one while we were eating the food while in the restaurant?

A decent location for an Italian option in Patchogue, but I would personally look elsewhere for something a tad more fresh/tasty.

Only “complaint” was that the reservation didn't show up in their system even though I had confirmation from open table. Dinner was great and they still accommodated us without having to wait.
