Lombardi’s is a great place to dine no matter what the occasion. The atmosphere offers a touch of elegance, yet casual atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and accommodating to your dining needs. The portion of food is more than generous and absolutely delicious!
Great for special occasions.
Weather permitting there is waterfront dining on the patio.
The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.
Parking: Parking lot is across the street.
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly.

Lombardi’s on the Bay is a stunning venue, and we absolutely love shooting here. The gorgeous views of the water create a perfect backdrop for photos. Every portrait ends up being so magical. The indoors is also splendidly decorated with classic design, making beautiful shots. Here are some of our favorites:
I often come here but it seems hit or miss on many occasions. Our appetizer was quite oily and took forever to get to the table. My entree was very small this visit (baked salmon).
If you go, try their rainbow cake dessert! It's amazing!

We walked in and we were rudely greeted. We used "Open Table" to make a reservation, but it wasn't in their system. The young female at the door was very rude. Then we went through what felt like a labyrinth maze to our table. Our waitress was professional, but not warm. The lights in the restaurant give a very cafeteria / lunchroom vibe. Definitely doesn't feel intimate for a date night. The food was delicious, but the baked clams smelled kind of fishy.

What happened to Lombardis? Third time since June I've ordered the NY strip Medium Rare and it appears the cook(s) are having a difficult time with this task. Each time it has come out OVERCOOKED, DRY and TASTELESS. Quite disappointing paying premium pricing for what has become a less than acceptable meal. When I come to this restaurant I expect nothing but the best because that's what I was accustomed to getting from them. The last three visits I have left dissatisfied due to the lack of care of my meal. This used to be a staple restaurant and has now become below average. Maybe it's time for a change.

Wonderful lunch yesterday at Lombardi's on the bay. The atmosphere is beyond beautiful. The service was excellent. I'm a bit disappointed in the rigatoni with meat balls. Sauce almost tasted watered down, and meatballs were more bread than I would have liked. The presentation was exceptional, though. The other plate was a Caesar salad with chicken, which was excellent. See pictures of both meals.

I would say that the food was ok but we (group of 8) were underwhelmed with it. Pricing is in line with higher end restaurants, and it was not that. Cocktails were slightly more too. So for the price we felt it was not worth it. Nothing was bad but... Extra point for atmosphere

Had not been here in a while. Didn't realize that it was now considered a steak house...always came for Italian and seafood. The waiter was obviously new...had no idea what a vegan was until I explained it, my daughterinlaw is one. Still her salad came with cheese on it. My crabmeat cocktail was obviously canned. And my Chilean seaman's was tasteless until I added salt and lemon, no oil, no butter just lots of tasteless grape tomatos. Yeah I guess there was a reason the place was empty on a Friday night. On an Island with lots of great steak, seafood and Italian options you have to work to stand out. The food didn't, salad was good though. At least it has nice views....

It was underwhelming for the price. Everyone's selections were just good, not great for higher end pricing. It was ok but I doubt we would return, plus $17 for cocktails was high as well. Not a great value.
Very disappointed in our service and our food for what we paid. Haven't been here in a few years and don't think I will be back. The wait staff could not be bothered, seemed annoyed for anything we asked for. We asked for a refill on our coffee and was told she was taking the check back to add another $8.00 on two extremely small cups of coffee, we said no thank you, she walked away.
