I went there with friends and we all had the lunch special. Mine was very tasty, pork cutlet. The view was beautiful and the restaurant was pleasant and quiet.

We went here for New Year's Eve dinner the staff was friendly and attentive. I had Chilean sea bass and rainbow cake for dessert both were delicious. Lombardi's always delivers great food and service for any occasion.

Got a reservation for NYE, reservation to make a reservation?! What is that. Then I can't ever use the $200 bucks in gift cards on a holiday, happy hour and /or specials?! No wonder people say they fell off the deep end

We've been here many times before and always enjoyed great food and service. We went with a group of 13 to enjoy a family night out before the holidays. Even though the restaurant was almost empty the service was slow and several dishes were missed and came out after the others, and the food was not up to par. Everything was greasy and tasted off. Very disappointing.

The view is always great. Today the service was only fair. Must have asked for extra napkins a dozen times. Cappuccino was not hot x2. At least it was removed from the bill because my friend asked. Not sure if it would have been removed without her asking. I will return as I enjoy the food and view and perhaps the service was having an off day.

The service was very good. Good delicious. We asked to sit by a window which is lovely but the sun causes a problem for the people closest to the windows. Maybe they could install top down bottom up shades

Five stars for ambiance . Place and views are gorgeous. Got loud toward the end of our dining (7pm) but we were in the room with water views. The other room was much quieter. Food- good but not the best. Baked clams - delicious. I had pasta A la vodka sauce with chicken. Plentiful portion but taste was lacking . Our whole party ate different dishes with same reaction, Service- they really did their best but at times felt awkward . Possibly a communication gap . But they were nice. We asked three times to cover a dish or keep it in the kitchen to stay warm since one of our party wasn't there yet. We were upfront about this that our last guest was late or maybe not coming and we'd just ‘take the dish home'. They brought it out a few mins after the rest of table . Again asking for maybe another plate to cover the hot dish. They didn't seem to understand.  Overall food was ok . Go for the views and beauty but culinary masterpieces it is not .

I will start by saying that I have been going to this restaurant for many years . It is a shame how bad the service has become . The food on the other hand is excellent, I have never had a bad meal here. We start by sitting and ordering a few cocktails before ordering any apps or etc. After 10 minutes the waitress comes back to take an app order with ( no drinks). We order the apps and tell the waitress to hold off on the main order as to not get everything at once. We wait 10 more minutes and still no drinks then another waitress comes over because she can see we are looking around . We tell her we we've been waiting awhile for drinks , she apologizes and checks with the bartender . 10 minutes later the apps come out . Then the bread. Our waitress asks if we would like to order drinks... We did 30 minutes ago.. The drinks come , the food is always great and it was. We order dinners , and another round . Dinner comes out , we ask for grated cheese and the wait is on again. As a matter of fact just listening around everyone would ask for grated cheese at tables around us . Just bring it out with the food !!! . I think the problem was they were having a wedding in the catering section therefore they were neglecting thier restaurant patrons.

Excellent Italian restaurant, I started eating at Lombard's when it was just a pizzeria in Holbrook. The food is amazing and the servings are more than ample. The service is great and location on the bay is amazing. A must try restaurant that you won't be disappointed.

Tonight we had a wonderful dinner! We've relocated to MA and when we knew we were returning to LI, this was the first reservation we made! Excellent service from a super attentive staff and fabulous food. We never felt rushed and the staff couldn't been kinder. Highly recommend!
