The most incompetent McDonald's I have ever been to. Repeatedly forgetting parts of orders. How difficult is it to check a receipt to ensure a complete order before you hand it to the customer!!!!!
First impression as I walked in: Why are so many customers standing in front of the register area?
Second impression: Kiosk won't print receipt. Order will be delivered to the table.
Third impression: Dining room is a mess. Most unoccupied tables are dirty.
Fourth impression: Cold seating along windows. I guess the full renovation didn't include fixing the heating. I moved. Of course I had to clean a dirty table.

The McDonald's restaurant offers a typical fast-food experience, but the atmosphere can be less enjoyable due to a small waiting area and lack of service station for napkins and ketchups. Parking is limited, and the restaurant seems mostly meant for drive-thru. Occasionally, the service is good, but it can get noisy with unruly teenagers. Despite this, the staff is generally pleasant and friendly, and orders are usually correct, although there may be occasional issues with food temperature.
The new decor of the franchise makes for easy cleaning but lacks a homely feel. There is ample parking and a double drive-thru line for fast service. Inside the restaurant, they have four self-serve kiosks and two-person registers if it gets busy. The restaurant was also pretty clean.
The Oakdale area McDonald's location has a strong presence of people with addiction issues in the area and around the parking lot, as well as across the street in the 711 parking lot. This can be both scary and sad for some customers.
