the quality of the food is not good, besides that the prices are exquisite, ina coca cola in glass 4.95, neither olive graden or any other quality restaurant charge those prices, try to talk to the manager and was never available to give him the opportunity to justify the prices, I consider that they are abusing the customers, for my part my family and I do not return to that place

Usually the friend pork is on point but this time breaded part looked overcooked and pork spongy. My mother in laws dish looked overcooked as well. Maybe don’t come the weekends.

Let start that I am a hispanic american not born in the USA ! Service service Service. Calling the town , staff under age serving alcohol, calling the health department cooks not wearing hairnets or gloves , calling the fire department so they can inspect the K system and fire extinguishers. The owners should have all licenses revoked ASAP this is horrible horrible horrible horrible.

Excellent, the best South American food on the island
Horrible service. Wait staff has a nasty attitude and doesn’t listen even when you speak their native language. Never brought the appetizers but tried to charge them because the chef said he made them. There wasn’t even an extra plate on the table for them! Manager nodded her head and had already heard the lies version from her rude waitress. Don’t waste your money. Drive a little further and go to Gallo.

Very good food, very bad service I AM IMPRESSED THAT IN FULL 2025 THEY DO NOT HAVE A SYSTEM TO BE ABLE TO PAY WITH DIGITAL CARDS LIKE APPLE PLAY, IT TOOK MORE THAN 20 MINUTES FOR THEM TO SOLVE THE PAYMENT METHOD since I did not have my wallet and my physical cards

The best part of the food is the chicken... and it was not even listed as a food option. They have the most delicious chicken in the area and the sweet plantains are great. One problem... the staff died not speak English or dial English well. So 9 out of 10 times, we get the wrong food or the wrong size food.

I am visiting my aunt here in Medford NY and we went here tonight for dinner. All I can say is WOW to the amazing tasting food, I had a platter of salmon and a rice & beans with yuca.. everything was so delicious it makes me want to try everything on the menu! Sadly I am only visiting and I am leaving tomorrow to go home. The staff here is very polite, service was wonderful as well. I will be back to visit my aunt again and I most definitely will return to this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food. ☺️❤️

Service was good and the food was delicious, OTHER than finding a piece of wire from the brush used to clean the grill when I was ½ way done with only the steak from my bandeja tipica.
Waitress brought me out another plate MINUS my steak and still had the nerve to charge me!
