One of the young ladies there was very rude and could barely communicate in English. Someone who cannot communicate and cannot even attempt to do it politely shouldn't be the first person I have to place an order with. Then the uber eats guy is breathing down my neck while I'm checking out. Food is fine but overall poor experience.

The last 5 times I have went they messed up at checkout because no one knows how to properly user rewards from the app. The workers often get rude when I correct them. train your employees on how to use a register and stop making the customer double check every transaction
