The last 5 times I have went they messed up at checkout because no one knows how to properly user rewards from the app. The workers often get rude when I correct them. train your employees on how to use a register and stop making the customer double check every transaction

Anyone else blown away when you get to the register, or just me? I get everything is through the roof price wise, but this place is out of the control. I'm not at Applebees or Fridays where I'm being waited on. This is fast food junk and it's the same price. Get ya shit together Moe's, you're wayyyy too expensive and the girls there are trained so well they won't give you an extra square of meat with out it being "an extra cost". Ya suck. Rant over. lol.

Got a rice bowl that was nowhere worth the $18 and they put only 8cubes of steak and said anything else is an extra serving that will be charged more. Their tacos are good, but again not worth the price. Also they skimp on the chips they put in the bag - barely a handful inside
They are so amazing there and always make sure we are accommodated and taken care of as well as always being so kind

I asked the lady to grill my burrito and she would grill it without it being wrapped in aluminum. So all she did was warm it on the grill. She wouldn’t put grill marks on it and sealed the seam. Plus, they didn’t have the type of green sauce that I normally get of other MOE’s location. She said they are out of it. It’s hard to get something your way anymore!
I ordered 2 burritos and one of them was falling apart so I brought it back up to show them and the manager made the girl re roll it at the register how uncooth is that and since when do you only get. Literaly a Hand full of chips on the side of a tray with your order your supposed to get a bag full of chips and I ordered a side of queso to it should automatically come with a full bag of chips.this location is not being run properly at all .I called the corporate office and filed a complaint ...and they charged me full price for nachos w/o any meat and the quantity was small on a small bowl really .

Always fresh. Make sure when ordering the guac you know there's an extra charge! They offer it without telling you. But, they were quick to rectify this. Quality of the food was right on target Delicious meal!
Vegetarian options: The sofritos e plant based deliciousness! Even meat eaters I know enjoy the flavor of the sofritos they are out of this world I highly recommend!
