Panda house Chinese restaurant

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the roach when it was alive that was delivered to my house with our Chinese food order from the panda house! It fell out of the bag with my order on to my kitchen table! This nasty cockroach ran so fast and tried to hide in the cracks of my kitchen table but I caught it THANK GOD and squished it and called them to come pick up my entire order including the bag and all the sauces with the now dead cockroach squished in a napkin! Looking at these reviews and seeing we were not the first family this has happened to has made me SICK TO MY STOMACH! There are three other reviews going back to a year ago and just a month ago! WHY HAVEN’T THEY DONE ANYTHING TO GET RID OF THE COCKROACHES IN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT TO DATE? This is absolutely DISGUSTING! Roaches multiply like crazy lay eggs constantly and they cause diseases and food borne illnesses!! When you make someone sick no amount of money can give someone their good heath back! Shame on you panda house!!

Just a heads up I found a cock roach in my delivered food was in the paper bag when I dumped out the packets of sauce landed on my table I’m calling the board of health

Will be going here later it's been years . I used to go here daily when my mom worked at the Laundromat. Which is now a thrift store angels of long island 😂 a lot of changes at this shopping center .

Every time the man answers and takes an order he gets it wrong... it is so ridiculous. We used to order a lot from them. No more. If u get the woman that's fine. The man is usless. Find somewhere else.

This used to be a great place for Chinese take-out. I haven’t used them in a while but ordered two meals for delivery last night. Besides the delivery being over 45 minutes late, the shrimp smelled like it was rotten and the color and texture were off. Completely Inedible! I threw it away and the smell was so overpowering in my kitchen that I had to bring it to the outside garbage immediately. The fried rice on the other order was dry. I will never use them again. That shrimp was a case of food poisoning waiting to happen!

The entire food is bad, it has no type of flavor and most of the food has an off color to it, as soon as u open it it smells like it’s been put away for a few weeks with no care. I don’t recommend at all.
