Ridiculous amount of homeless people and people who smell. Another person sits in a booth having personal counseling sessions with his clients ON SPEAKER phone. I don't know what the hell is happening to Panera, but seriously, the clientele is disgusting. Keep you kids away for sure.

I love Panera but I would like to see more detailing in their restaurants decor. They all seem so bland and devoid of attachment to their respective communities. I realize it is in keeping with a minimalist, easy to keep clean approach but it does not motivate customers to stay a while and/ or make it a dining experience.
Went in to try the new turkey cheddar sandwich and found a piece of plastic in my sandwich! Had to throw the rest away didn’t want to chance it. Do better guys.
