What disgusting service! I spend so much money with this company every week, and the supposed manager, Fatima, treated me horribly. They should fire them all; they're all so disrespectful, talking badly about the customers. I could even sue them for such appalling treatment. I was about to record how I was treated. I ask the general manager to take action against these people.

It's great for soup, that's specifically what I went for. The squash soup was phenomenal. In the past I've also had the cinnamon crunch bagel and loved it!

Loyal customer base. American fare. Booth seating & some tables throughout. Wide range of patrons. Food is good but sandwich portions on the bread are light for the price points. Take out is packaged well if you don’t dine in. I have done both. Good alternative to full sit down service dining. Pleasant decor.

Worst Panera Bread . They have messsed up my to go order more than twice . AND when I have dined there . THREE different times , bad lettuce in my salad !! Also things left out of my salad . BUT getting bad lettuce 3 times ! I’m done with this place ! Portion size of the salad are also smaller than other Panera Breads that I go to ! I would never recommend this Panera Bread and they have lost my whole family as customers!

I paid $7.29 for a small cup of strawberry smoothie inside the store like the word says smooth…I was waiting 3 mins and got it all watery I’m so disappointed how this employees couldn’t give me my money back it was disgusting .

I would like to say please add greens in my salad. The ratio of greens to toppings don’t match. They put way too any tomatoes, chicken, and other toppings in with very little lettuce. I don’t like it. That’s not a salad I may have to get my salads in Manhattan on my way home from work.

Today i was in Panera bread waiting for my car to be serviced, I overheard a worker commenting on the only ones working are the Latinos and look at the Americans out of work in here. Before I left my asked for the manger and I put that person on blast for making such a racist comment. The last thing I said and I made sure I said it loud for everyone to hear Is they should be grateful for the opportunity to be here and stop bashing Americans.

Absolutely horrific experience today. The cashier around 11am was horrible to me. I have a disability which causes me to have “brain fog” and I couldn’t get my words out. She yelled at me for mistakingly saying the words wrong. There was one woman behind me being very sweet about it. I felt so shaken up and embarrassed because when I am in pain, I am more vulnerable. She was very rude. I was unable to finish what I wanted to order because I wanted to get out as soon as possible. Well, I then got home and found a piece of a paper towel or napkin in my broccoli cheddar soup. I’m not sure if it was accidental or purposeful but the ladies in the back were very nice. I did hear the cashier talking about me in Spanish. I did not mean any harm, just tried to order some food. I apologized over and over. I vomited, absolutely disgusted by it. It’s the first day in a very long time I was able to get myself out of the house and the nasty cashier effected me more than it should have but there’s no excuse to find nasty, inanimate objects in your food 🤢. For that cashier- be kind to people. You never know what someone is dealing with.

Hit or miss.
I've ordered curbside pickup a few times from this Panera. Sometimes they get the order perfect, yet other times they are completely off the mark.
Today annoyed me enough to leave a review. I ordered online through the Panera app as I usually do. When I got there (which was after the app said my order was ready) my food was nowhere to be found. Apparently someone else grabbed my order. The staff then quickly tried to make it right, which don't get me wrong I appreciate, however while rushing they made my sandwich wrong. When I say wrong like they didn't even put condiments... my sandwich was missing ingredients as well as dry! So hence the 3 stars. I appreciate the effort of the staff.. but I'd rather wait the few minutes for you to make my order correctly.
