Amazing customer service! You don’t come around this often. Totally my mistake but appreciate the service and the kind gesture from this employee.

There was some sort of wax paper or plastic in my soup. $37 for two you pick 2’s is more expensive than if I went to the diner. What a waste. Now I remember why I don’t eat at chains like this one.

Kinda run down inside. Wobbley tables, sticky floor in some spots. Clean bathrooms. Food was good. Think it needs some work inside.

I come to this location cause it close to home. Food is great. But I’m gonna stop coming to this location because there are rude cashiers and the ppl who make the food. I asked them kindly I did not want mustard in my sandwich because I’m allergic the lady got the audacity to tell me or let me see if they already made it and if they did Oh well. She said.Thank you but I don’t need to come here if they are going to be rude and not give me my meal the way I asked for it.

How dare they charge as much as they do for what they give you. $60 for enough food to feed my 6 year old. Never again. Sandwich is just a ton of bread. How they’re still in business is beyond me.

Always have a hard time with the cashier there, she never gives receipts, always forgets to give drinks or anything from the bakery, and has mixed up my order multiple times. Last time I go to this

They ran out of bread to make sandwiches with so we walked out.

I ate a salad earlier today - and now I am very very sick. Maybe from the romaine lettuce. I think I’ll be going to the hospital if I don’t stop throwing up and going to the bathroom. When I called the “manager” who seemed to be all of 20 years old definitely did not seem too concerned. He took my number and said that I wouldn’t get sick for 48 hrs which is not the case. My doctor told me illness from romaine lettuce can begin a few hours after consumption.

Nothing like clearly stating, in english, a very two simple item to go bakery iorder after having a lunch sandwich only to find you were about to be over charged and then after kindly pointing that out the register clerk roperly adjusts the price of order to the correct amout but then short changes the order to have one less cookie. Unfortunately I didn't check b4cleaving and as joe pesche's character Leo Getz"in the movie lethal weapon the screw you in the drive-thru or in my case the to go line. Find ac nice locally owned deli in the area save yourself the aggravation and a few dollars too
