I come here on my lunch from the hospital very frequently & the experience everytime is extremely horrible. So I’m sure you can ask yourself “why go back?!” I ask myself the same question everytime but I guess I try to overlook the customer experience and just simply go for the food I’m in the mood for. It is extremely draining to deal with this location though I think this will finally be my last time. They will haggle you and try to make you pay for sauces that should be free. Especially when you are ordering multiple pieces of chicken that would normally offer sauces to enjoy. Some employees will let you switch sauces with no issues but then there is employees who will charge you for each additional sauce instead of simply just keeping a daily customer happy when you know you wouldn’t eat none of that chicken without any sauces. They have very poor attitude and will let customers walk out of the door and cause a whole big deal over a simple sauce that the customer should have the option to choose if they don’t like a certain sauce. They try to tell you no that sauce is for something else when realistically they shouldn’t be telling you what sauce you want to eat with your chicken it should be easily swappable.

Ordered my food 5PM..Got there 5:20pm and still have to wait another 15mins. I dont even care about the extra waiting. I just couldn't believe the chickens have no seasoning ..someone in that location cooked Popeyes famous fried chickens without any seasoning..so disappointed. I don't think I will come back to this location again.

Took a extremely long tine to get the order from the drive thru. Originally got order with just entree and no sides were in the bag. Luckily we checked the bag first. When we got home also noticed all the sauces were missing. This is a problem from the top. The franchise owner needs to do a better job Aswell as management.

Placed a mobile order and took me about 25 minutes to go pick it up(I live 10 minutes away) and not only was half my order missing at the window, my drinks had no syrup and my order was still wrong and missing items when I got home. My order was 2 meals and pies and we waited in the drive thru for an extra 15 minutes. There were no customers inside and they were well staff and the ladies at the window didn't seem to care they messed uo and didn't check anything before handing it to me.

I had the chance of meeting Gloria, she was very helpful and patient while I pla ed my order. She went as far as asking if I wanted anything else. She even dropped fresh chicken for me. That is definitely great customer service. She is an asset to the Popeyes family.
Great product, fair price highly recomend, if your hungry for chicken this is the place.

Be aware this location will overcharges you. I visited on Tuesday and my meal was about $13 and change. I returned the next day, ordered the exact same thing, and was charged $26 and change for the same exact meal. When I mentioned that my meal comes with sides, the cashier insisted it didn’t and still charged me extra. I checked the app and confirmed that sides are included with the meal. Always check your receipts here to make sure you’re not being overcharged.

Ordered online and picked up in store. Patchogue location knew how to handle a line, good customer service and time management. Lady working as expo around 7 8pm on Thursday made sure to check the jelly and the honey were in the to go bag- which I appreciated…the blackened tenders were great, the biscuits were a little hard but overall will definitely be back
