Food is decent, just moved in the area.. super close by so we’ve ordered a few times. Every time the order has been messed up a little bit in some way, but whatever. Last week I placed an order for pick up, I went to pick up, my total came to $80 even. I paid with my debit card, they asked me to sign the receipt. I put $0 in the tip and wrote the total as the original $80, and when handing back the receipt I told the cashier no tip on the card, as I was putting cash in the tip jar. He said okay thanks! The next day I happened to look at my bank account.. two charges. one for the $80 and a second charge for $20. I called about it, was told the manager wasn’t in and that they would have the manager call me.. 4 days later I never heard anything so I called again and asked for a manager.. they gave the phone to the same person who told me the manager wasn’t in.. he said “the guy” still wasn’t in and he couldn’t get in contact with him.. he asked me if I wanted to come in for food for credit or if I still wanted a call, I said I disputed the charge with my bank but I wanted a call from the manager still. He said he would give him my info again.. it’s been about a week.. haven’t heard anything from the “manager”. idk if this was an accident, or if someone there is trying to scam people.. but if I ever go back.. I will be paying cash only!

Best pizza ever! Forget about any negative reviews you might read. This place is awesome.!!! After eating a margarita slice, you’ll absolutely fall in love with this place! So happy that Rocco’s is in my life!!!!!

We did catering through Rocco's and they really came through for us. They did an amazing job with the food, so delicious. Pricing was great and we had so much leftovers. We will definitely be coming back again!!

I called to order food. They called me back to ask about my order and I said no I did not order that I ordered 2 lasagnas and two slices and a pin wheel. They would up charge my Cesar salad from the house salad. Last time they never put salads in bag and I didn’t notice till I got home. So when I went to pick up order after an hour it still was not ready, had to wait another 20 minutes. Nothing offered for them messing up except a soda. I don’t drink soda.

Rocco's Pizza is a 5/5. I have been going there 10 years+. My eldest son was the first fan of the Buffalo chicken and Marsala pizza slices when we first moved to Patchogue. Now my youngest son also loves the Buffalo chicken slices. The atmosphere is friendly and the employees greet you with a smile! The prices are affordable and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend Rocco's of Patchogue!
