I stopped by for a plate and I was welcomed by a kind & attentive staff! I placed my order and really enjoyed the food. Great portion, fresh food and comfortable seating. I will definitely stop by next time. Thank you for having me

Service is horrible. They may charge double for what you’ll get at a deli.

After leaving my car to get serviced at safelite, I came here to get lunch. I don’t speak Spanish so there was a bit of language barrier. However, I felt very welcomed and the server who served me took her time to explain the food and did it with a big smile :) I don’t exactly know what food I got but it was delicious. I paid $12 for the plate.

The food has nothing to do with the price, too expensive for the quality and flavor.
I have not met people more despotic and rude than the people who serve.
They should follow a course in manners and educate themselves because according to the image they leave the client, it seems that they did not even finish school.

I arrived today to buy food as I always do, I asked for a medium pallet to take away, the person who served me was very rude, it seems like he doesn't like his job, the way he serves, he puts very little, I tell him to get a little more angry ? he acts like he's putting The more I tell him to put more, he tells me everything is annoying, it's going to cost you more, I tell him okay, he turns on the scale and he starts weighing the fee, he tells me, there you have 18 dollars, I tell him ok, you want more, I tell him ok, he puts almost nothing and I He says there are 27, I tell him it's ok, in the end I end up paying 37 dollars with a coffee, he has to have a better person to serve customers, people like that are the ones who destroy businesses. The girl is in green clothes. In the end, I ask her for hot sauce. She doesn't give it to me. You can tell that she has a good education, the girl is very good at Rosita deli, the food is good, the only thing is the service is terrible.

Worst service ever.
The food was horrible, I got the Guatita and it was stinky and with a lot of hairs. Rice was hard and salty

Now this morning I went to buy food the lady in the green shirt treated me in a very bad way I asked her for rice and she was reluctantly giving it to me I told her to give me more and the lady said I'm going to charge you more I told her it doesn't matter she gives me a spoon more and places it on the scale since when the rice has to be weighed to sell it and apart from the bad attitude those types of people are the ones who run the customers if I am ordering something it is because I will pay for it I will definitely not go again and I looked for someone who know how to serve customers for the spit that we are going to buy food is that you have your salary ????

My dad and I enjoyed some dishes from Ecuador. Great portions and selections. My dad ordered the Juanita with rice and he said that this is his 2nd favorite dish to eat locally (1st place is his own recipe)
