Shands is the coziest & most beautiful spot! The ambiance and service was so warm & welcoming upon entering. We had a seat up in front for some prime people watching on the Patchogue strip - it's such a nice change from the Brick House to have those front window tables! Extra points when the windows are open on nice days.

Five stars all the way! This new spot has an incredible vibe—think trendy, cozy, and welcoming all at once. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my allergies without missing a beat, and the menu was full of creative and delicious options. Everything I tried was absolutely perfect, and it’s clear they put a lot of thought into every detail, from the décor to the flavors. Can’t wait to come back and bring friends. Highly recommend!

Shands General is a beautiful restaurant with top of the line service the food is absolutely delicious. We ordered the steak tartare which comes on a bone marrow brûlée and with a nice thick sourdough. I couldn’t stop eating it so we ordered another plate of it!! The drink menu was also impressive to say the least. The bar is super cool looking and immediately catches your eye. So cozy. Great location for a date night or drinks and apps with friends.
