Starbucks

Always seems there are a bunch of orders at this location, and yet my drink is consistently ready a short amount of time after I order. Reliability helps when I can order even if I’m running a couple minutes late

Just moved to the area, and so far this is the only place I can get a coffee and make it to work on time. I order as I leave my house and it takes my about 4 minutes to reach this place. My coffee has always been ready for me, and they still have a ton of other drinks there that have been made.
10/10 service.

Was one of the better Starbucks stores on the island, sterile environment since the remodel. Store does not feel welcoming or comfortable.

Honestly, this has to be the best Starbucks around. I had the opportunity to watch the staff at a very busy time and every single time I’m in there they’re right on point. The store is always clean. Staff is always welcoming, and our orders are always perfect. thanks guys. What a great crew lucky to have you in our community.

Very clean, well ran and organized Starbucks. They always get my order right, on time and perfect. Staff are very nice and the manager Cheryl is amazing. Highly recommend.

Barista was condescending when she read I wanted Splenda in my order, flat out said a joke and a made a face and asked if that’s all I wanted. Makes my drink and doesn’t say anything, I even say thank you have a nice day and she just looks at me and ignored me. If you’re not gonna be nice for what ever reason don’t work at Starbucks where you’re expected to talk to people all day long!

I go there with my best friend, I use gift card for us always. She got green tea but it's too hot, she can't drink it for an hour, honestly. I got some Macha drink with pink lemonade I think. She got spinach egg bites n I got bacon and egg onsourdough bread. $22 total.i didn't take our picture but I took one of a drink there thst she said I would like.

Mistakes happen, I’m not unreasonable. A big order from a regular came in & the staff managed the order well . I see they work well together . The man ordered a ton of drinks & Food , He grabbed my tiny bag ( his mistake right ) However She never called my name . I KNOW because I left my phone in my car and had nothing to do but watch them . His Huge bag was sitting there ( they should have caught that ) .I waited till I saw no food was being prepared . And I asked where it was . Well the one Male ( sorry to assume pronouns) but He was the only male member on staff . He Grabs the big bag and starts saying ohhh no he must have taken hers . Again No problem I felt sorry for the man too . But his only focus was on this regular costumer with ZERO concern that I’ve been sitting there for 25 minutes! No rush to remedy the situation for me . THEN I said it’s ok he’s the one who took the wrong bag , not your Fault But you never called my name .. She said oh but I did ( trust me I was starving ) I was the only person in there not with their face in a phone..I told her she absolutely did not and why … I would NOT have taken anything for free if I was offered .. Because that’s not really my goal. It wouldn’t break The Bank if she offered me a cake pop or cookie as a gesture at least .. I was using a Birthday Gift card & I never really go to Starbucks & this experience didn’t make me want to come back ..

I come here all the time and everyone is always so pleasant. Today especially, I was having a rough day and the cashier, Mitch, was an absolute angel! She did something for me that truly turned my day around. Thank you so very much for being such a wonderful human!

People were very nice, my order was fast...no line. I usually go to dunkin cuz there's no Starbucks by me..they were very nice and sweet to my daughter. Nice
