Place has a good vibe but the people working here never make the drinks the way they are supposed to be made. I can go anywhere else and get a coffee that tastes like coffee and caramel. Something off here with the way they make drinks

Today I'm not sure if it's the people working today I never had a problem before this but the way this lady threw my sandwich and the way the lady at the front never asked for a name and I'm the only person out of all the people they serviced that happened to didn't sit well and maybe I should stop making Starbucks run for awhile
This location used to be better. There shouldn't be a 5 minute gap between two of the exact same drink for one person. Especially when 6 other drinks were handed out in that time. The two caramel macchiatos also taste different. This used to be my favorite location, but its become so unreliable latelty.

Why does everyone park backwards it drives me crazy. Just park get your coffee and peel lol.
Mobile order get screwed from this place today worst pickup ever, always order extras on my order was barely normal toppings. Also add tip after pick , my tip today is to bypass this place!!
Amazing customer service. The guy Steve made me feel so welcomed. Best Starbucks in Suffolk. Would for sure got here again. Love it !
