Today I'm not sure if it's the people working today I never had a problem before this but the way this lady threw my sandwich and the way the lady at the front never asked for a name and I'm the only person out of all the people they serviced that happened to didn't sit well and maybe I should stop making Starbucks run for awhile

This location used to be better. There shouldn't be a 5 minute gap between two of the exact same drink for one person. Especially when 6 other drinks were handed out in that time. The two caramel macchiatos also taste different. This used to be my favorite location, but its become so unreliable latelty.

Why does everyone park backwards it drives me crazy. Just park get your coffee and peel lol.

Mobile order get screwed from this place today worst pickup ever, always order extras on my order was barely normal toppings. Also add tip after pick , my tip today is to bypass this place!!

Amazing customer service. The guy Steve made me feel so welcomed. Best Starbucks in Suffolk. Would for sure got here again. Love it !

Only one star because I asked for a large latte and gave me a . When I told them that it was the wrong size they got mad and others were laughing. Then when I got the right size the proportions were not right It was an aqueous latte. Really bad service

Where do I begin when writing a review for the Starbucks on Waverly Avenue in Patchogue? That is actually quite easy, with names; Jayla, Katie, Gavin, Payton and Frances. It starts with these amazing baristas behind the counter, they’re amazing personalities that shine through their smiles, their happy eyes and award-winning personalities. Not only do they take the time to ask, genuinely, how my day has been, along with my daughter, remembering past conversations, and inquiring about specific things, and visa-versa. They have all become good friends to my daughter and myself, and she looks forward to going to see them throughout the week. The staff could not possibly be friendlier.
In terms of service, not only is your order prepared in record time, but to perfection as well. They never disappoint! Apart from the items ordered tasting absolutely delicious, the staff actually writes inspiring messages on the cups & paper bags; it adds such a special personal touch. I have never seen that done before at any other Starbucks, or coffee shop.
With regard to the atmosphere, all of the above just makes it the perfect place that it is. Whether we are in a rush, and run in for a quick hello, or I can actually sit down and stay a while, everything makes this Starbucks, so inviting, and feel like a second home.

10/10 every time I come here it’s always so fun and nice, the staff is basically my friends at this point n the service is great, one of the workers Gavin always give me extra fruit and it’s great Gavin is very funny and always is smiling, very wimsical

Always seems there are a bunch of orders at this location, and yet my drink is consistently ready a short amount of time after I order. Reliability helps when I can order even if I’m running a couple minutes late

Just moved to the area, and so far this is the only place I can get a coffee and make it to work on time. I order as I leave my house and it takes my about 4 minutes to reach this place. My coffee has always been ready for me, and they still have a ton of other drinks there that have been made.
10/10 service.
