I always order mobile and I was closed to that area and order, but I arrived in 4 minutes, the lady was upset and told me that next time wait until 5 minutes to pick up 🤣

I will never come back to this one the guy at the window this morning was so rude I placed my 1 drink order ahead I pulled up to the window at the time the app said it would be ready and the guy told me I should have come in 10 min and shouldn't have shown up yet like what you app said this time is it my fault maybe your behind a simple we are running behind im sorry is fine but that I shouldn't be there yet excuse me so what I get a possible cold drink I will be reaching out to corporate

LOVEEEEEE this Starbucks! This is my favorite Starbucks on the island. Everyone remembers my drink and they are always so nice and kind! The store is always beautiful and the banana bread is my absolute favorite thing to buy! 10/10

My sister and mom go to this location 3-4x a day. They are regulars here to the point that they have a strong rapport with many of the employees at this location and the employees have memorized their drinks. Today we had an encountered with one of the Team Leaders named Carmine. We ordered at the drive through and when we received our drinks they were not made to our liking. They gave about (3) berries with two of our refreshers. When we pointed it out and asked if it could be fixed the Team Lead came to the window very high strung and curt asking if we requested extra as it is an up charge. We explained that our drinks are not typically made that way and his response was that he didn’t understand why he was getting an attitude that he would correct it but going forward we must ask and pay extra. We then left the drive through frustrated and went inside to refund our drinks and go elsewhere as the drinks were still made incorrectly. He told my sister not to put her hands over his counter as she placed the drinks in front of him, he took our drinks told us he would not give us a refund and that we could call corporate and are not welcome there anymore. He eventually came out and gave a refund but was disgustingly ill-mannered, impolite and offensive. I went ahead and called corporate and asked that it be escalated of the highest manner and was told it would be reported to the district manager and I would be receiving a call back. I wish I thought swiftly enough to take a picture of the beverages as proof there was no exaggeration and was swift enough to record the encounter. I am not sure how Carmine became a Team Lead here as management sets the tone for the rest of the staff but going forward we will no longer be going to this location and this is why I typically do not go here. Several months back you will see I left a similar review unhappy with my service and beverage and started going to a different location and if you go through the reviews you will see many customers have complained about similar experiences. Management must really do better and completely revamp protocol set regarding customer service and professionalism.

I’m sad to say this is my favorite place to go to and now the worst place thanks to CARMINE! We’re friends with everyone there we go so often we don’t even have to say our drink because they already know us so well and now we’re NEVER GOING THERE! between my family and I we spend at least 60.00 a day there and due to just asking for dragon fruit that they failed to put in the drink we were disrespected and treated horribly there by CARMINE. He also tried to keep our money instead of refunding us. But I made sure I got my money! He obviously had a bad morning and wanted to ruin other peoples day! He was so aggressive he was shaking speaking to us so uncalled for and rude! We will never spend another dollar there again! Carmine obviously needs to find another job because he is very unprofessional very disrespectful and rude and doesn’t like his job! He’s also rude to his employees and they’re scared of him and unhappy anytime he’s around not cool to be a BULLY !

I had a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to a cashier named Tyler. I was taking some time to decide on my order, and he remained incredibly patient and kind the entire time. When my order was accidentally charged to my PayPal account by mistake, Tyler immediately acknowledged the error, voided the transaction, and generously gave me the order free of charge. His customer service not only stood out, it truly reflected the kind of heart he has. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive. Shoutout to Tyler for going above and beyond! I hope he gets the acknowledgment he deserves, having someone like him on your team is such a reflection to your business and it’s truly appreciated

I go to Starbucks every other day I am also a former employee from another location. The male with brown hair and glasses has provided THE BEST customer service experience out of all the locations i go to. Dont even have to ask for napkins, very pleasant attitude; always asks how im doing and makes sure i have everything i need before i leave. The one with tattoos and that lip piercing on the other hand is another story. Had an attitude from when i started placing my order, got even more upset in her tone after i politely corrected her for entering my order wrong. Even on my busiest or worst days i would not put my negative energy onto the customers. Couldn’t care less for my order the food item looked like it was rolled in half because of how aggressively she handled my order. Didnt say a word to me at the window besides giving me a spiteful fake smile. Her scheduling manager should keep her in a barista position instead of cash register because her customer service skills are definitely not professional. This isnt the first time I’ve received that ā€œgfyā€ attitude from this employee. Very surprised they allow her to be the face of the restaurant.

The staff themselves are nice. However, the quality of the drinks aren’t consistent. You just have to hope you get someone good when you come there which sucks considering this is the most convenient drive through in the area.

When this place first opened it was GREAT! Now they have new staff and it is not the same (EXCEPT FOR THE 2 OR 3 OLD FACES STILL THERE ) I order on the app every single day and spend at least 50 a week if not more but to pay so much and for what I spend; my dinks should come as I request not watered down, you ask them to please add more juice and they seem annoyed, you ask for light ice and get a cup or ice and very little juice and today we found hair in our food and not even an apology my daughter just got a replacement which i didn't eat because I was grossed out!! I am not rude I am very personable but this is unfair. I need to find another Starbucks or save my money.
