If I could give it less than one star, I would. Horrible ! They have AI taking orders. As well as through the drive-through. They prioritize the people in the drive-through lane. I helped people inside find their orders placed on the counter because no one working there could be bothered to say a customers name as the food was coming out. Stressful, unpleasant experience. I waited almost a half hour for garbage food when I could have gone anywhere else in Patchouge and actually enjoyed myself. Will never come here again. This place should not be running.

I have problems every time this Taco Bell comes. The employees are disrespectful and irresponsible. First they prepare the order and do not prepare the drink. They tell me to accept the order and go to prepare the drink. Then they say the drink the customer wants is not available and they say I need to contact the customer. I have accepted the order and they are wasting time and my application is causing them to be penalized.

I go into a restaurant to give someone an order and have my food made. I don't appreciate these stupid kiosks to have to pick my own stuff. Get some damn register employees. And since everyone's in the kitchen now I feel I shouldn't be waiting 15 minutes for my food.

I do deliveries at night and this one female manager has the nastiest attitude towards all the delivery drivers. Everyone else that works there is chill and down to earth. It’s just her that ruins it. I came in told them who I was picking up for showed her my phone then when I took a picture of the order to confirm i’m picking up the right order for the customer. I hit confirm to proceed with delivery and brought me to the GPS screen. She gave me the drinks which I put on top of my phone and when I tried to grab the bag with my left hand, she refused to let go of the order which made me almost dropped the drinks so I asked her. “What are you doing?”then she said “I need to see you confirm it” I then told her I already did when I took the picture and I have the GPS on and she said I didn’t see you do it so I wanna see it so I showed her the bottom of my phone so she can see the GPS was on because I had the drinks on top of it which I didn’t wanna drop she proceeded to not let go of the bag which made the drink start slipping so I told her let go and took the bag from her and then had one order in my hand and showed her my phone so she can see the GPS was on. She then proceeded to yell at me while pointing her finger on my face and say I’m going to report you don’t come back here. I told her to relax I showed you my phone and said I don’t come to steal Taco Bell… you see me multiple times a week multiple times a day. I proceeded to drop the order off took a picture so I can show her it was delivered. I then I had two orders at the same Taco Bell and when I got to the store she refused to give me the orders and said I wasn’t welcome there treating me like I was some criminal… She was on the phone with Doordash and complaining to them that I took a picture of her instead of the food which in my opinion is kind of dumb, because if the bottom part of your body and your forearms are in the picture while you’re handing me the food, is it really that much of a big deal? I personally don’t think it’s that serious. I’m disappointed in the fact that as a manager she lacks that much emotional control, she should be maturity to not blow things out of proportion, and then she went out of her way to call Doordash support and beg them to unassigned me from my offers taking money out of my pocket, which is extremely disrespectful When I’m just doing my job …. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like she’s gotten away with being nasty and rude to so much people that she’s comfortable getting away with it. I’m going to take this up with the franchise owner and possibly corporate.

Drive thru line was long which was fine, additional menu sign should be before the ordering sign!! I understand they are in a rush to move the line , however we needed to look / read menu , you don't have to be a nasty witch about it.
I do not like their new system where no one helps you out and no one wants to help you do an order

I love this Taco Bell SO much. I moved to this area back in May and had to switch over to this Taco Bell after going to the Port Jefferson Station location for years. The PJS location was okay, this one is excellent compared to it.
The Patchogue Taco Bell is AMAZING, genuinely - they make the food with love every time (it literally looks like the pictures), they're quick drive thru wise, and they're so kind! I wish I got her name, but the one woman who always hands me my food at the window radiates good energy and double checks everything. My order is never wrong, I always get my sauces, and I wish I had a million dollars to give to this staff for always making my day better. I also hope their manager treats them well because they're angels. Nothing HITS like good Taco Bell food, and this one doesn't miss. I love them and I hope they get more praise.
I know people are more likely to leave reviews because they're upset, but I leave here happy every single time I come here and wish I could leave hundreds of 5-star reviews - no matter what time of day or night I come here, I leave more than satisfied.

I placed my order at 1 am and it arrived at 4:20. All the food was cold and no longer fit to eat and it was not what I had ordered. Very bad service. The truth is that they should serve their customers better.
