This has always been the slowest Taco Bell on the island. There is almost always some type of line waiting in the drive-thru wrapped around to the street, while one car waits for the employees to finally get around to taking their order at the speaker. This can be anywhere from 1 minute to 15 minutes for one car to move forward. We have been stuck in this line for so long, in the past, that they actually told us they were closed when we had been sitting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. Even though they should have actually been open for another 10 minutes at the very least. That's not even to mention how often they get the order wrong and add extras that we specifically said we did not want. I have actually driven to ronkonkoma Taco Bell while passing this one because it was faster.

Terrible service. Employees were giving customers attitude when they started to get annoyed about 30 minute wait times on orders already placed. We were told that we weren't as important as door dash and that we could just leave without a refund. Would not recommend ever going back to this taco bell

Taco Bell used to be good. At one point they actually gave a crap what it tastes like. These days nobody cares what it tastes like and it tastes like garbage. The automated drive-thru with AI is totally annoying! Top dollar for crappy service and disgusting food.

I will be avoiding this taco bell going forward. Farmingville one isn't much further away and I never wait nearly as long for the same product!

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Horrible ! They have AI taking orders. As well as through the drive-through. They prioritize the people in the drive-through lane. I helped people inside find their orders placed on the counter because no one working there could be bothered to say a customers name as the food was coming out. Stressful, unpleasant experience. I waited almost a half hour for garbage food when I could have gone anywhere else in Patchouge and actually enjoyed myself. Will never come here again. This place should not be running.
