Had a great time there. We did the American Whisky Experience and tried some of their current and future spirits. Peter was a great guide and knowledgeable distiller. We chatted about their process, methodology, and other whiskies he enjoys.. Will be back to enjoy their spirits.
Atmosphere outside was chill and quaint with the little mechanical fireplaces. Waitstaff seems quite novice and inexperienced. Our server literally left the food on a corner of the bench next to the fireplace and didn't say a word to us.... that was pretty strange....
