Making reservations is the best . It starts getting crowded as the music comes on if a crowd is not something you like try to be in and after before dinner ends. Overall its a great environment

We came with a large party and if the waiter came to ask us twice if we needed anything that is an exaggeration. Whatever happened to customer service? Anyway… I had a Ropa Vieja which was ok. Total bill was over $400 which included a $64 tip for what? Would I come again based on this experience? Doubtful.

Came on sarturday, no live DJ Was such a bus. No vibes. Everyone was quiet. Got a drink and went to a real place. Don't go to have fun cause they ain't none there. Any n every other place got a dj but the cuban.

Have been going to The Cuban... never had a horrible experience. It was my mother-in-laws birthday came here to celebrate. Our waiter came up to us ONLY 15 minutes before the kitchen closed to take our order. Asked us to hurry up! When we eventually got our food AND EATING. WE HAD FOOD IN OUR MOUTHS CHEWING AND EATING.... BUS BOYS AND WAITER CAME UP TO US ASKING IF WE NEED THINGS TO BE WRAPED UP. The manger Joshua and the staff were eyeing our table down. (There were two other tables). It was a lot more that happened. Manage came up to us, asked us to leave, because it was closed. I have stood late to places and staff have never said anything and are always nice. As we were walking out we told him we were not happy with how everything turned out. Manger Joshua gave excuses. He also said he was afraid of us??? Of what two couples and a 12 year old boy??? Do not come to this place to has a good time. I never ever leave reviews, but they made my family feel very uncomfortable. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Really excellent food and fun service on Friday nights with some dancers coming around. Just a tad too loud - I could barely hear the person I was with that night.
