THE SOCIAL bar & pizza

I read the reviews and figured to try this place via Uber Eats (I gave 5 stars for both service and atmosphere). However, trying their “Proper Pep Pizza” I wasn’t impressed. Pepperoni amount didn’t match stock image on Uber eats and taste…I’ve had better locally. This is a bar style pie that is okay. I’m not a crust person but the crust was nice and crispy.

the bouncer was really hostile and off putting.

Mackenzie and her staff are the best. Quaint, cozy atmosphere with phenomenal pizza. The cauliflower crust is the best I've had anywhere!

I love this place. It's like patch's little hidden gem. The food is so delicious and always comes out fast. I have been four times and their Aperol Spritz always is consistent and tasty! The bartenders work hard and the service is always welcoming! It's my fiancé and I's favorite place to come get dinner and a few drinks. Chill vibes!and yes the pizza is delicious 😍

Have been coming here since they opened and always love it. “The Ruby” is my go to. Highly recommend the Social!

Chris and Amy are great! Only bar with a pool table in Patchogue worth going to. Trust.

Had the pleasure of dealing with a bouncer tonight trying to buy a slice of pizza. An individual in our group provided 6 forms of ID to the bouncer but he denied his entry. Bouncer appeared disoriented, perhaps he was drunk. Stay away!

I came in with a group on a Saturday night.

Beautiful clean pool table, $2 a game and it only takes quarters. (That’s not an issue, just putting that out there for anyone who is interested.) Clean bathrooms (men’s and women’s), strong drinks, and very friendly bartenders! Slices of pizza were $3.50 with toppings, so honestly a pretty good deal! Tons of seats at the bar, high top tables, and low tables with bench seating, with a lot of space left over for the dance floor!

My main reason for this review is: THE DJ THEY HAD ON THE NIGHT I WENT. INCREDIBLE. Y2K hip-hop, R&B, reggaeton, all of it! I don’t know if he’s there all the time, but he should be!!!

I’m pretty sure there was some street parking, but you’re better off finding the nearest municipal lot.
