Toasted Bagel Patchogue

I called to order a chicken salad wrap, not realizing they were closing within the next 15 minutes! (I only realized the closing time after placing my order over the phone and then seeing the hours online rifht afted.) I try never to do that because I've made that mistake in the past (not here; at other delis or bagel shops) and in return experienced bad customer service... again, not at Toasted Bagel, but elsewhere. I get it! People want to clean and get home. But, that wasn't the case at all here - when I called without realizing they were almost closing, the woman was still so pleasant taking my order. And when I came to pick up, it was evident they were closing up... and yet still, they were so welcoming, kind, and provided the same great customer service that I usually get when I stop in here. Not to mention my food was delicious as usual. So often we tolerate grumpy staff at other places and brush it off, but having employees who are as kind and welcoming as they are to me (and my 6 month old son) meant a lot to me. My husband has the same customer service experience when he goes in there as well. While the food is good, the quality of their kind staff is what keeps us coming back. Thank you so much!

The food is absolutely delicious and tastes incredibly fresh. The staff are so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole atmosphere genuinely enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I want to like this place but it’s tough to buy food at a place when the workers keep the same gloves on to handle money, cards, itching . I’d appreciate it and be back more if they at least took 1 glove off ty o handle money

I absolutely love it here!!! I am a regular and the food is so good! The staff are all incredibly friendly and the service is always amazing. The place is always really clean including the bathroom. The food is always very fresh and extremely delicious!! Their sesame bagels are one of my favorites. My all time favorite is the south of the border wrap, if you like spice this wrap is for you! The grilled chicken panini is also very good. My boyfriend loves the pastrami sandwich as well, and he says the bacon egg and cheese is always great. The macaroni salad is also a good choice as a side. If you're looking for a quick, affordable and delicious bite to eat definitely come here!!!!!

Hair in my b/e/c. Absolutely disgusting to me and so many other people. To a lot of people it really changes your appetite and physically can not eat it after seeing that. Gross

The experience there started off bad from the beginning. The lady taking my order was extremely rude and made me repeat my order more than three times. I then get my order and it had no mayo after I had to repeat myself. I took it back to the front and the lady rolled her eyes again and literally just squirted mayo on the sides. One of the ladies kept rushing to leave. Not to mention the portion of the amount of Ham i ordered. Very upset never going back

Go in just about every Saturday morning before the gym to order bagels for myself and or my daughter. Fatma is always a pleasure and always has my order ready when I get out of the gym. Bagels are always fresh. Wish i had a photo to add but we ate our bagels already 😆

Called in my order for 2 BEC bagel sandwiches at 12:04 on Saturday 6/28. Arrived at 12:15 and was told they were still making my order. Customer after me ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. His order was somehow ready before mine. Thankfully I didn't pay yet, because at 12:28 I walked out. Plenty of staff standing around doing nothing, there was not many customers while I was there. Never going back to this place again. Wait is unreasonably too long, and service is lousy.

Place an online order prior to the store opening up at 6am, as I am at work. Reach the spot at 710am am not ready? Weighted five minutes for the order to be done, which it was not hot.Not toasted like I ordered. Why have these options?If you're not going to have anything ready. Staff, pleasant, but never gonna get this food from here again if i'm working in the hospital and time is a factor there's a reason why I order it online
