They open at 6am and will not answer the phone because he has customers ( 2 in the store) when I got here then more ppl got on line and he took about 8 orders before he started a making any of them. I've been Here for over 30 minutes 33 to be exact waiting for 1 sandwhich. They only have 2 workers 1 in the back and one taking orders. He could of made mine it didn't need to go to the back. Last time I'll be here!

Received wrong order twice. Didn’t have the decency to melt the cheese on the third try. BEC with hash brown shouldn’t be difficult. At least the front of house staff was nice about it.

Ordered an egg everything toasted BEC over easy s&p. The bagel isn’t toasted. The eggs are over medium. There’s no S&P, and the cheese is cold.

Other order was a sausage, egg and cheese bagel scooped. Bagel not scooped and they added bacon and no sausage on it. Eggs were also over medium and not over easy.

They get my order wrong almost every time. Frustrating to pay for something, and then get home and find out you can't eat it. Never buying egg sandwiches there again.

Consistently solid BEC every time. My kids love the french toast and rainbow bagels as well. Worth the small wait. Definitely recommend checking them out. ?

Was my favorite and the staff changed over and they don't have the same friendliness. I called one day bc I ordered Doordash but really wanted a side of homefries and the only option available was ob the sandwich. I told them I assumed it would be a larger amount and they could add the cost. I spoke to 2 different people, both extremely rude telling me it is an option. Which I checked & had a friend double check me and it it absolutely not. I said ok don't give me extra just put the ones you'd put on it in a container. I got the order with them on the sandwich. I still went back in person after hoping it was just a rough day for them but the staff was nit friendly. So sad bc it was my favorite.

Terrible !!! The prices are way higher than BAGEL LOVERS across sunrise hwy , also the guy there in the morning has gotten my orders wrong the 2x I’ve been there. What a shame ????
*** Tried this place again on Saturday morning 1 person at counter and 1 person cooking , SLOWWWWWW service. If ur in a rush this is not the place to be ????

Fantastic experience! The place is clean, with reasonable prices and the best egg sandwiches. Their smoothies and caramel iced latte from the expresso bar are superb. Great for a quick lunch or the best breakfast coffee in town!

This is my favorite bagel cafe! I adore their robust and tasty breakfast coffee. They also have a fantastic lunch sandwich variety. Joe never forgets what I ordered!
