Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I used to work there… my favorite smoothie is the detox island green because there’s not literal heaps of sugar added but I order from other locations if I want it, syrups are used instead of real fruit and it’s not clearly stated on the menu which are which. When I would move the smoothie cart away from the wall it was black and smelled like rotting death.

Terrible wait time. Ordered 20min ahead of time before getting to the store. I waited 15min in the store and nothing. I had to cancel my order. I even showed up after the pickup time so there was more time to get the order ready.

The Patchogue location is horrible at making smoothies...especially when you're paying $12 and not get your money's worth!

I walked into the store with my daughter, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The service was incredibly slow, and when I asked for a smoothie for her, there wasn’t even a menu available to see what options they had. I asked if they had something simple like apple, banana, or strawberry — something kid-friendly. After waiting for 15 minutes, they came back… with an apple in a bag. No smoothie, no explanation. It was honestly ridiculous and disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Worst place for smoothie. The service sucks ass!!!!! They should just shut down to be honest. Worst tropical smoothie in Suffolk. Done coming here.

Something needs to be done about this Tropical smoothie everything about this place is horrible 25 to 40 minutes of wait time the manager needs to step in and take charge to fix this store my son bangs out the food faster in Shirley this place is extremely slow no one knows what they're doing girls in the back look like they don't understand English

Love the place love the atmosphere ! Jay or Zhay really helped me out , crazy work out and needed my supplies fixin’s. After the gym I came through here and was able to get my peanut paradise with extra whey to enjoy a nice drink. Didn’t even know they had food here too the wraps is fire!

Can never go wrong with a quick stop at this location on my way to work , it can get a little busy, but the staff is amazing and friendly and its worth it.

Took my kids for lunch the other day. The people were great. Especially Jason (the new manager). Great food. Will be coming again.
