Came to YAAAS TEA today was no happy with the customer service the guy stares at you as you order with a angry looking face not even smiling once, the taro milk tea tasted like it has been left sitting out for a while, the boba is hard and overall first experience was bad.

Indeed the best Milk tea I have ever tried. You’ll know they are using good-quality ingredients. The shop has a clean and nice ambiance. The Packaging of the drinks is also nice. Service is exceptional, they are ready to help and give suggestions. Gilbert was nice and accommodating.

I don't like the whole order process. This place has you walk up to a screen, tap tap tap, tap, tap, tap, type in my name and email address, pay a machine and not a person, and then the screen wants a tip also? While the staff stares at you? No. I like the product, it's close by, a decent value, but it's ruined by the ordering.
