This place is great, both the drink & staff are amazing! Izzy is so friendly and the staff went out of their way to help me surprise a friend there.

Well... there was plenty of staff... I came in and was the only customer. They asked if they could help but I wanted to look at the menu first. Once I was ready and I knew my husband was 10 min away I decided to order. While I was ordering another customer came in who clear knew and was friends with everyone. I could see they could barely focus on my order... when I finished with my order she told me the amount but I asked if it was OK to pay after we ate, when we had picked out drinks and I wanted to get some goodies for the road. It seemed like it was fine... but the whole time the staff was pretty focused on this other person who was laughing and gossiping away. My husband arrived and I asked the staff if we should go sit upstairs?? Since there was only one table and it looked like one of the staff was sitting there and their total focus on their phoneand seemed oblivious to their surroundings. They said sure! Go upstairs. We went upstairs and could hear loud conversation and laughing.... after 10 min we decided we should head back downstairs and sit somewhere more visable... maybe that would get things started??? We picked out drinks and the table that had been occupied by a person was open so we sat down and waited some more. At this point we had been waiting for close to 30 min.... my husband's lunch break was almost over... I probably should have asked what was going on?? But I thought since they could see us???? Nope. Finally when we only had 5 more min before we had to leave i went up and asked how much longer our oder would take... what order?? You odered??? Umm... yes! You were standing right there when I ordered!! My receipt was set to the side... apparently if you don't pay the order doesn't get put in??? Anyhow.... we had to leave. Our 40 min lunch break was up. Not impressed that if you saw us sitting there they couldn't bother to ask if we needed anything??? It's a tiny place. People came across as nice but 40 min later no food! Yup. Won't be back

Stopped here for lunch one day. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was absolutely delicious! Also ordered a few blueberry muffins-they were the best I’ve had in a long time; will most certainly be back!!!

Worst sandwiches my girlfriend and I have ever had in our lives. Whoever was cooking on the 19th was clearly to blame for the horrendous food. Good help is truly hard to find.

No good deed should be unnoticed! Recently I posted a review about a skimpy sandwich my husband and I received while dining in. The establishment was so unset, that “we were disappointed in our meal.” They went above and beyond letting us know how important we are as customers! Perhaps it was a one time incident. We will certainly return and enjoy the many delicious items offered at “Dancing Bear”. Maybe we’ll see you there!!

This place is sweet! Nice music, nice people, and great food! Even the decaf coffee was so tasty. They have quality, healthy, optimal food with so many tasty options. This was my first time at this cafe, but it quickly became one of my new favorites.
What a wonderful discovery not too far off Route 22! The food is fresh and delicious. I had the split pea soup and black bean burger with avocado and both were amazing. I also had a matcha latte with oat milk which was also great! There’s one large table downstairs by the window but a beautiful large sunlight area upstairs with seating. Plus there’s a lovely outdoor garden area for seating when the weather is nice. I didn’t get any of the baked goods but they had a nice selection with fresh bread as well. A small selection of curated products for sale also rounds out this cafe. Would highly recommend!
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options for vegetarians.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and vegetarian options
Parking: I had no trouble finding free parking on the street near the cafe.

do not eat here!! for the price, the food was mediocre at best. the employees are all lovely people and the service was amazing, but i had to wait incredibly long for my food since there was only 1 girl running around. the building itself is disgusting and looks like the walls need to be power washed. i wish the owner had been there so i could direct these complaints in person.
edit: forgot to mention i visited this cafe a while ago (~2 months ago when i was in ny for a summer girls trip). appreciate the reply from the owner, wish google would let me reply back!!

How many places have outside seating, 2 floors, cafe, bar, food, local products, and a bakery? Everyone was also very nice and welcoming.
