We stumbled upon this gem while visiting Pawling Antiques round the corner and we are thrilled we did!The owner was super sweet and friendly and his young son working with his dad was adorable! My first time getting coffee and a danish here. Both were EXCELLENT and the owner, Willie was super personable. This is a must stop destination if you are in downtown Pawling.?☕️
This little coffee shop is just what the cute Village of Pawling needed! Yes, there are many amazing places you can get coffee and more but at The Pawling Coffee Roaster you get a one of a kind coffee experience. Willie is all about bringing a coffee experience to you and brewing every single cup with love.
