The staff from the waiters to the Bar tender to security were awesome outstanding work, outstanding customer service. I will continue to go there and dine and have drinks at the bar and I will refer other friends and family to come to the Hilton in Pearl River.
The staff were all so very kind. They came to wish my husband a happy birthday. Our waiter was patient and funny. Both of my kids were in a terrible mood until they ate their food which was amazing (skirt steak and Caesar salad with salmon), so that perked them up. My husband and I had scallops which were perfectly cooked and very tasty! Last, everyone ordered a yummy dessert and ate every last bite (puddin', pannacotta, and cheesecake - everything was tasty). This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. One little issue was that there was a backup (staff shortage) in the kitchen so it took a little longer to get our food. But the server kept checking on us to see if he could get us anything. We would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant.
