Today I decided to get pizza for dinner and stopped at this restaurant. As soon as I entered, the man at the counter was very rude. He didn’t greet me or acknowledge me—he just stared without being friendly. I asked for a pepperoni roll and a slice of pizza, and when I pointed to ask which slice it was, he simply looked at me and said nothing. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This is the third time I’ve experienced this kind of behavior from him, and it will be my last time coming here. Customers should feel welcomed and respected. It’s important to remember that serving customers is not doing them a favor—it’s part of running a business. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves customer service.

UPDATED REVIEW 2026 Absolutely terrible. Heard it changed hands. Pizza was not good. Have been going there for over 25 years and will never go back again.
The food is unbelievable!! When coming back up to NY, it is a must top location for us. Never had a bad meal there.

Accidentally ordered instead of our hometown pizza. Called to get a refund because we live out of the area. My husband got cursed out and wouldn’t accept the refund. Even if I find myself in the area I am going to avoid this pizza place.

12/03/25 approx 7:00pm- got charged $7.80 for two plain slices to go. Current Grubhub listing is $2.99 for a plain slice. Now I’m seeing $3.23 (!!) on other platforms. That’s still not $7.80.
Oh, and it was lukewarm. Don’t waste your money here.

Had a 3.75 dollar slice yesterday. The slice was just ok. Nothing to write home about.Was hoping it was better. The best pizza Comes from old school owners who have the best recipes.

went to the one in pompano. Ordered the meatball and long pepper sandwich lunch special for $9.99. it was 1 meatball on foccia bread. I called the server and told her I think they forgot the meatballs. she confirmed with me that the lunch special only has 1 meatball on it. the sliced it super thin. it was horrible

Used to come here in the past and today was very disappointed. Ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich with like nothing on it. No mayo (when we ordered extra) like one or 2 onions (when ordered extra) etc. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Within two seconds of walking into the restaurant I observed the person handling all the food trays and pizza rubbing his face in his nose with his ungloved hand then proceeding to touch everybody’s trays and food without washing his hands. That’s something I don’t want to see when I walk into the restaurant, especially when everybody’s sick this time of year he had a glove on one hand, but not the hand he was using to touch and rub everything.

They demand you to tip weather you like it or not and they add other fees for no reason and the pizza never looks good and the service is terrible and the atmosphere looks even worse they don’t even try to cook actual pizza it’s as if the workers them selves don’t care about the customers.
