I am giving this deli 5 stars across the board. I went in there today for lunch and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. And let me tell you, this sandwich far exceeded my expectations. I am from Philadelphia originally, so my standards on the matter are high. But I have to say, when it comes to their cheesesteak, they are doing EVERYTHING right. From the quality of the meat and how they slice it, to the bread, to the cheese ratio, it truly tasted like home for me. It 100% would be accepted in any bar or restaurant in Philly, and that is saying something. I am convinced that the person in the kitchen is either from philly, or has family in philly haha. Either that or they are just a big foodie because they've clearly done their research.
Thank you very much for the delicious lunch today. I will undoubtedly be coming back!

Not sure why people have given this place hate because the coffee is phenomenal. Sometimes you crave a deli coffee but you know it'll taste, ya know, subpar, but this place serves up an absolutely delicious (and cheap!) cup. Their rolls are fresh and their sandwiches are what you can expect from a deli! It's conveniently located and the staff is very friendly, and I recommend stopping by for a quick bite.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, they did not put bacon and I did not know this until I got home. They told me to bring the sandwich back, which I did despite the driving conditions being terrible. The staff were very rude about it and laughed when I asked for a refund. They did not remake the sandwich but rather just slapped bacon on the now cold sandwich.

This deli used to be good, including good tasting butter on their buttered rolls. They were the best!! I’m not sure if they completely changed their butter, but please go back to using your old butter. I recently got one and the butter did not taste good at all. Very disappointing!

This morning I went to Baisleys. The doors were unlocked and the lights were on. When I walked in, I was told "I'm not open yet" but there were 2 officers being helped but I got turned away. I've been going to this deli for many years, but after today I am disgusted and will not be going back.

I cant tell you how many times I've had issues with this place. For some reason my girlfriend still recommends this place. Well after today, no more. First I ordered a hero and was rudely corrected with "you mean a wedge?" I apologized and said yes, a wedge please. I then look up as I walked away and saw the menu says "hero". So why the rude correction? It came to 21 and change. I hand her 22, she closes the drawer and said thanks. Didn't even offer my change. To top off the rude service, we get home and the order was wrong. Pathetic from start to finish. I'm done with this place. Let the school kids waste their money. No adult should go here if they want food.

It really hurts me to post this. But maybe this is needed to help them fix these issues. Asked for a bagel with butter today and I am still looking for the butter. Please fix this and treat your customers better with actual product.
