Me & my friend went and ordered the mangu con Los tres golpes w/cafe con leche… it was perfect. The place is a bit run down but the food was so good it didn’t matter! Only downside is, I can never seem to get through to them on the phone, it goes dead. So it is impossible to place orders by phone ahead of time.

The place was empty, but the music was blasting, so figured it was open. The food was too salty for my taste. We gave it a try. Probably not heading back. Good to give it a try, good to know outcome.

Ordered catering for a business lunch, requested 1130 delivery. At 12pm I called to find out why my food hasn’t arrived, was told by Carmen she would call me back in 5 min with an update, no call. I waited 15 no and called back, no answer multiple times. So I had a colleague of mine call from her call and they answered then hung up on her when they realized she was inquiring about the catering order. I had a third colleague call and finally Carmen told her with an attitude that the food was on the way. At 1245 (after the business lunch was over) the delivery driver arrived at the office and spilled the food all over the floor. He told me he would return with more food, they never came back and have screened all of my calls and refuse to answer the phone. I’ve never had an experience this horrible in my life! First and last time I use this establishment and obviously I would never recommend to anyone.

About time Peekskill is bringing some Spanish Caribbean food. The owner is real family friendly and the food is very good just can't wait for them to add more dominican food and desserts ??

Very friendly, the food is delicious you get enough to eat, the prices I think are fair, some a bit high but overall is fair. Teresa an employee at the restaurant is a great example of excellent customer service, this place has made my 82 year old uncle very happy, she delivers his food at a nursing facility, excellent employee, excellent human being.
I was so excited to have a Dominican spot near me, for the days that I did not want to cook. I ordered the Oxtail with white rice and beans on the side. Also, ordered fried chicken without the bone with fried plantains as well. Took my food home and started eating. The Oxtail was cooked perfectly? but the rice tasted burnt?. I was so upset about that but ill give the restaurant another try since everything else was good. ?
