I bought a coffee and asked them to make it half water and half coffee and they only put water and milk. When I asked where the coffee was, the person who made me the drink told me that in this place they don't make that type of drink and I told her that He put the coffee on and he replied that he had already put it on and he told me rudely that type of people shouldn't be hired and I asked to borrow the bathroom and they didn't tell me, very bad service, I don't recommend it.

They went on a remodelling break for ever. They don't seem to care about their regulars. For months they stay closed. No ETA. I used to rely on them for literal daily coffee, now they force me to order delivery from another Dunkin location. 100s of dollars a month are wasted. You don't need to remodel. You need to open. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
Maybe we visited on an off day, but this is a horrible Dunkin donuts. Very slow service from workers with poor communication skills. Donuts tasted old and stale, but then again we visited in the afternoon. All around, very poor expereince.
