We went to Fin & Brew for our anniversary dinner. We had the lumpia, pork porterhouse and kare-kare fish stew, as well as crunchy potatoes as side. The food tasted great and the portions are generous. The place had very nice ambiance and great view of the river (we came later in the evening though so it was dark out already). The staff were very friendly and attentive. Will come again if back in the area!
Great time there Sunday night. Had a 5:30 pm reservation and was seated quickly. Started with the Cool Hand Lager and shrimp cocktail, then tried the Donkey Korn Lager with the brick chicken. Everything was wonderful, including my server Leah who is lovely. Asked if I wanted any dessert, but instead of something sweet, I opted for another Cool Hand Lager and sat outside and enjoyed the cool weather and the view. Service was not rushed, but not slow like other reviews have commented....
This was our first time at Fin and Brew and 100% not our last. Not only is it a beautiful restaurant with incredible views of the Hudson. But what truly makes this place stand out is the wonderful staff complimented by the great food. Our waiter Sylvester was top-notch when we asked him if he could take a picture of us as it was our anniversary not only did he agree to but told us to step outside so that we could take a picture with the beautiful view of the Hudson behind us....
