Appetizers were very good! We shared wings and the glazed Brussels sprouts were excellent! The burgers were very good as well!

Do not order pizza. Gleason's pizzas were excellent when they were in their original space. What I and my dining partner received was a disgrace. Limp, tasteless crust and minimal cheese and toppings. The server offered to get us new one after about 15 minutes but we declined. Didn't have any confidence that there would be a significant improvement on something so subpar. Truly disappointed, I live in Peekskill and I will not be going there again.

The window right outside our table was open initially and we tried closing it ourselves as it was chilly; it took awhile for a staff person to go outside and get it closed. There was a large, loud crowd when we first arrived and they left shortly thereafter - the noise level went down which was appreciated, only to have the music turned up much louder right after that. Our server was hard to grab to get our order in, it then took a very long time to get our food, and longer still to grab the server again to get our bill paid. She was very pleasant but very slow. Food and value were good, and convenient to the Paramount so we'll probably end up there again, but I would look for other options first. Menu is also pretty limited.

Everything was quite good, but all very much too salted. Leave salting to the patron. It's a matter of personal taste and health. The service was good. The wine was fine, but it was happy hour and we were charged full price.

This was my second bad experience with Gleasons after they moved to their new spot. The place has lost its touch. My pizza came out subbed with mozzarella, instead of burrata, and no heads up. It was sitting in a pool of oil. There were other mishaps on the table which are too long to go into. Nursing a stomach upset. Frankly, I would have preferred to light a 100$ bill on fire than pay them for that awful meal.

Gleason's was very nice.
There was a live band that played their own songs, as well as hits from the past.

My bartenders Rachel and Michael were very welcoming, as well as mixing a great drink.

You are met by Tommy at the door, and you know it will be all right ?.

Gleason's has a nice menu with a great selection of wood fired pizzas, or you can design what you want.

They have a nice menu of classic cocktails as well as a beer and wine ? list.

First time at Gleason's. Loved it! Out waitress, Sophia, was terrific! We had delicious food, great service and a wonderful time! They have a stage for live music, which we didn't hear, and the decor is really fun!

Do not eat here before a show @ paramount!
ordered drinks, two salads and small pizza
Half an hour later, we still didn’t have our drinks … we had brought to the servers attention that we needed the food by a certain time to make the show
45 minutes later -Drink order was not complete The server came to apologize
we still didn’t have our salads.
Pizza came undercooked.
Then the owner came flying out of the kitchen, accosting us at the table, saying that we shouldn’t expect to get our food quickly because “this isn’t McDonalds” …
I’ve never seen an owner of an establishment behave so poorly to customers - a seated table of middle aged women

It’s noteworthy that our server was being apologetic to our table, even offered us a free round of drinks - they knew we weren’t treated right

I was here last Friday good food and today food sucks and service the worst I’ve ever seen, rude service, rude owner and poor management. My salad came out in 35 mins

I ate here two Saturdays in a row. The first time we didn’t know we needed reservations so we sat at a high top table in the bar area. The food and service were stellar that night. The salmon special was probably the best salmon I’ve had in a very long time. This visit I give 5 stars. The following Saturday was a completely different experience. This time I made reservations. We had to ask twice for water at the get go. Had to ask twice for straws. We asked for the steak sauce on the side, but never got any sauce. Had to ask twice for the check and had to flag down the waitress to take our credit card after a long time. It felt like we always needed something and had to constantly hunt for our server. What’s even crazier is we had the same waitress both weeks. We were there at 5:30 both weekends and it was empty when we got there but got busier once it passed 6pm. I was baffled by the week to week drop in service. 3 stars for inconsistent service.

Can get busy pre show but then where isn't in peekskl when 1000 extra people descend on the town.
Have my go to drinks and pizzas, they're just as tasty as they were in the old spot too!
Top marks all round glad they're one of my local eateries.

Rude owner, poor incredibly slow service. Our food never arrived so cannot comment on it.

Editing this review to respond to owner comments:
1. Not every review from last night was from our table. You had a bad night for many tables, maybe it is time to admit that.
2. I worked in the restaurant industry for years, from neighborhood cafes to high-end NYC establishments. and have never and would never be rude to waitstaff, especially due to delays beyond their control. I felt badly for them because you were clearly understaffed and they were so overwhelmed. I am the one who gave your manager my credit card-go ask her if I was ever rude.
3. When we sat down we were very clear to your server that we were attending a show and what our timetable was. If he could not accomodate that he should have told us in the first place. I was never rude. Please go ask him.
4. Over 25 minutes to get drinks from the bar, salads and one small pizza is an unreasonable wait. We ordered these because they are items that typically come out quickly. Only 5 of the 6 drinks we ordered were delivered. The pizza was delivered undercooked. The salads never arrived.
5. Your storming out of the kitchen ranting about McDonald’s and how you wanted us to leave was unprofessional and left your staff uncomfortable at best. You are projecting when you talk about appropriate behavior in the restaurant industry.
