This morning I went to pick up an apple pie I ordered two days ago. They changed my order without contacting me. The rude older lady said she called and left a message which she lied about because I did not receive a call or a message. The pie was a bday gift for a friend in NJ. I was beyond disappointed. I had no choice but to pick out a pie they had on display which was not fresh. Aside from the outrageous prices I also got a bad attitude and a pie I had no choice but to buy because it was last minute at this point. This is the first and last time I will go here. I heard this place has really gone downhill. They should consider hiring new employees.

I got my bday cake from them as the same time I got some croissants. Cake came out good. Chocolate/raspberry. Croissants were not fresh. Old.

So unprofessional. Had a custom made cake for an engagement, went to pick up the next day and they were closed an hr and a half before they were supposed to. Nobody called/reached out. Will never be using again.

The next time they get my order right will be the first time. Only use them because they have sugar free cheesecake. Usually they can’t find the order slip and today they couldn’t find the cake. So they said they have a large cake. When I asked if I can pay the small cake price because it was their fault they rudely said no. So o pay more for their incompetence. This is every year these problems happen. And the staff rudeness has always been a tradition.

Great selection wonderful staff and plenty of original baked goods ideas
Asked for a vanilla sundae and response from employee was " i guess". Sundae turned out to be lavendar smoothie unfortunately.
Ordered a flat white and waited 15 mins before I was told " we're brewing more coffee. Decided to cancel it.
Ordered a hot chocolate and it was mostly hot water and some powder. Had to throw it away.

Amazing pastries and ice cream! We got the apple cider donuts, cannolis, oreo cupcake and Jane’s ice cream and all were outstanding. We got the pumpkin, insta-graham, and lavender ice cream flavors and all were soo good. The staff is as sweet as the desserts as well! We were all were touched by how hospitable the staff were. Highly recommend this gem of a place!
