Service was 10/10 but food took 40 min to come out and it was pretty lukewarm - 1 waitstaff for the whole restaurant

Had dinner at Iron Vine that consisted of 2 tapas plates and a shared entree. The grilled octopus was excellent and the position size of the entree - shredded hanger steak - was large enough for 2 guests to share.
While Iron Vine does not have a dedicated gluten free menu, the kitchen was accommodating and several dishes are naturally gluten free.
My biggest complaint is that the service was too fast. We barely sipped cocktails before the tapas was brought out and the entree was served before the tapas was even finished.
There restaurant was not overly crowded but the feeling of being rushed distracted from what should have been an otherwise good dinner.

Amazing food and an equally amazing atmosphere! This Latin restaurant has quickly become one of my go-to spots — perfect for a date night, girls’ night out, or even takeout when you want something special at home. The pernil is incredible, the tapas are all delicious, and the drinks are always on point. I super recommend this place!
