The chicken pot pies used to be so good but I was very disappointed today…hardly any filling and it was all gummy cornstarch…terrible…dont waist your money. Also I miss the steak fries!! What’s up with that?? Don’t lower your standards you are losing customers!!!

I have been going here for years never had any issues & the staff has always been nice, but the last 2 times I go through the drive thru around 8pm. I wanted potatoes wedges with my family meal I usually get it as my side orders, but the lady said they did not have any ok….the 2nd time I go order a family meal they tell me it does not come with wedges only regular fries? I have ordered prior & have order my wedges as my side orders, she says I have to order them apart & they don’t come in a large only small…? Wow okay…since my son loves them I said okay I had to order something else for my sides & order 2 small wedges & I waited a little while for my order… I feel like since it was 8pm they did not have them cooked & they had to cook them but they were trying to get away from cooking them! smh the wedges are back on high demand & they need to be prepared for late orders for these famous wedges and not tell customers bs…I have never heard that wedges don’t come with family meals or that they don’t come in size large, the meals can be pricey & for them not to be included is BS.

This is the cleanest KFC restaurant I’ve ever seen.They had vases with flowers on each table. It was spotless. The food was hot and fresh, it was soooo good. This KFC should have a million stars .Carmen was polite and provided excellent service.The manager of this place is doing an excellent job. The employees should get recognized for a great job for cleanliness , for delicious hot food and for providing excellent service to the customers. You can’t find service like this these days anymore , very rare . I was so impress. I live a hour away and would definitely come back.I’ve been to many kfc restaurants Bronx,Yonkers,mount vernon and new Rochelle and haven’t went back because of the different reasonings and don’t like kfc no more but the person I was with wanted kfc when I walked in and seen how clean it was I figure I’ll give it one more try. I’m glad I did it because, it was such a great experience.

Horrible customer service. The cashier did not understand what I was ordering and refused to call the manager. They also checked out a lady that spoke Spanish before me. I ended up leaving the store without food. And these were the fries that my friend got. So glad I didn’t give them my money.

Okay I don’t eat here, I just do DoorDash and pick up from here and just wanted to say that the workers here are the nicest people ever. Out of allll the places I pick up from these workers always show out. Every single time I go I am welcomed kindly! So professional and nice!!
