I called customer service 1 week ago because I made a payment at this store that was open in the search engine and in the app it was also open and when I placed an order they charged me and they said I would pick it up at the store and when I went It was not open and we were not the only ones, there were other cars that said it was closed and that they had also placed an order. The lights in the store were off except for one light that was in the drive but there was no one there, no matter how many times we called, no one I was leaving and until now they have not helped me.

Terrible service, they have a manager who doesn't even know what he is selling, he offends the food people. It's terrible, you ask for one thing and they give you another. I don't recommend the place and for the order you wait up to 1 hour and if they remember

They make everyone park for about 10-15 mins and then go around to each car playing is this your food. How unsanitary. They added more drive thru lanes to just make the wait longer.

Edit: made the mistake of going here again, my food was dry as cardboard, my QPC wasn't even a 1:4 patty it was a 1:10, and my fries were cold and floppy. Never coming back.
I made a delivery and I ordered some sweets and they said they put it in the bag and that it isnt their fault and started yelling

Messed up my order and my girlfriend wasn’t able to eat her dinner. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
