Food is not great. people making the food are careless and don't care about the final product going out to customers

We order from Nonnas almost weekly and have for years. There is always something a little bit wrong with our order but we usually overlook it.
Tonight we ordered and most of our requests/orders were wrong. We called back to ask for them to fix our order and return the correct item. 40 minutes later we called to see where the corrected item was and were told it would be another 30 minutes. My husband asked for a refund for his meal (the item most incorrect) since 1 - multiple parts of our order were wrong and 2- we now wouldn’t be eating until after 9pm. He was told they could refund us $1.50, the cost of a salad dressing.
Whatever has been happening over there lately is a real shame as we used to patronize once a week and will no longer be giving them our business. Too many options in the area to give our money to a business that doesn’t care about customers.

Bruh. never eating from here again. ordered online, signal went out and couldn't complete transaction. my mother went to the location, ordered our pizza and came home. Our doorbell rings 5 minutes later and it's out pizza. We didn't understand happened, but the pizza was put down on the table, hands touched it. delivery guy comes back and asks for the pizza back. I assembled the pizza back to a whole pie even after i said its been touched, and they really took the pizza back! wtf. disgusting. they are gonna sell that again. they really wanted a 27 dollar pizza back over a DOH violation. never ordering here again. and for the record, I work for the DOH.

Little boy about 2 years old kept screaming and running by our table. Neither his mother nor staff said nor did anything to stop him or even apologize to us for his behavior interfering with our meal.
Wheelchair accessibility: Hard to enter and exit with a wheelchair.
Pizza went downhill. Floppy. Used to be good. Last 3 experiences disappointing.

There are many pizza places around here but Nonna’s does it best. The pizza is a nice thin crust with tasty sauce and plentiful of cheese. Who doesn’t enjoy cheese? The other slices are just as good especially the buffalo chicken slice. Such a simple slice to make but other places can’t do it right except Nonna’s. You can taste the buffalo sauce without it being overwhelming. The sandwiches are fantastic as well. This is the spot to get your food from.

The food was hot and delicious. The server lovely. The tabletop and menus were sticky. The bathroom was dirty and there were a lot of flies. A little more cleanliness because this is only what I saw, what the kitchen was like I could not say.
