This place deserves negative stars! Nonas used to be great. Has to be under new management. Two 2 go slices, cold, should not take 20 minutes. The guy on the front counter needs to put his phone down and listen to the customers. STAY CLEAR, NO LONGER GOOD.

We loved Nonnas for years. I will never order from here again. They've lost all semblance of good food and service.
8:10pm - placed order for delivery
9:05pm - called for an update, was told the food would leave in around ten minutes. Decided to pick up instead as it's been so long.
9:35pm: food finally ready after waiting in person for it to finish
I got home and the food was cold. Like, cold-cold.
They are incapable of doing refunds so we got an IOU instead. If you are considering ordering, I highly suggest finding another option.

Never again, simple as that
This placed has changed. Went in for a slice to go which took more than half hour. The older Caucasian gentleman with black glasses and salt and pepper hair was wildly rude to his female staff. I made sure to acknowledge and apologize to his female staff that his yelling, disrespectful and irate behavior is not okay. The food isn’t made like before either it was my go to spot for a specialty pizza. I won’t be going back.

This place has really gotten bad...this past Friday, my wife bought a cicilian to go and when we got home, the cicilian looked so bad, such as the taste...how do you messed that up. A pizzeria that can't make a simple cicilian has to get closed. Horrible!!!!!

Bad customer service from the waiter threw things in a very bad way.
A boy who attended us very rudely and took us out of the Ahun restaurant with time to close very unpleasant attention.

Unfortunately, in the last couple of months, I find that the pizza is very very salty. I moved here two years ago and ate their pizza all the time and loved it. But again I don’t know whether they’ve changed chefs changed recipes but you can hardly eat it for the amount of salt.

This place is the worst from the phone girls service to the manager John’s stupid excuses this place is not somewhere you would like to eat from. I was transferred between two phone girls who were cluleless before reaching the manager that was even more of an idiot explaining to me on why I can’t get a refund for a order they messed up

They made our orders wrong, instead of apologizing, John the manager/owner was very rude and yelling on the phone when we asked for money back. He demanded the wrong order to be returned to him. He said we were lying. This was very hurtful accusation despite we were a long many years customer over 15+ years. We will never go back to this restaurant anymore.

If you offer delivery then don’t cancel my delivery. I ordered at 6:50pm. Wanted to get a pizza to share with my daughter and then 10min after ordering I get a notification that my order was cancelled. Now I gotta wait 3-5days for a refund. No explanation to why they cancelled my order. Not thrilled at all.

I've been giving this place my business for 15 years. Last week I ordered and when I went to pick it up I saw my crazy ex's 18 year old kid was working there. That's nice, I paid for my order and left. A week later I called in another order and was told they'll no longer serve me. Why? Because their immature employee with questionable mental stability spread some kind of gossip about me to her coworkers? It's shocking that the management of this place would choose to alienate a long time customer instead of telling their worker to grow up and do her job. Now I wouldn't risk being served tainted food by going back there anyway. Bad move, Nonna's. Have better judgement.

I will never go there again! I ordered a salad and was told it would be about 15 mins. I suggested to the cashier that it would have been helpful to know that before hand, especially since some ppl may be stopping by during their lunch break from work and time is of the essence. He basically did not seem to care and offered store credit, since I was unable to get a refund. I reluctantly agreed to wait since I knew this would be my last time buying food there. Fortunately, the salad did not take 15 mins, but I was given my salad with nothing to eat with, no napkins and a piece of bread seemingly dropped in the bag with no covering whatsoever. I discarded the bread and cautiously ate the salad. Awful experience.
