Consistency is the best term applicable to the service as well as the quality of the food. Their ribs, pulled pork as well as their brisket are a festival for the senses. What sets them apart is the fact they smoke their own ribs, pork and brisket. As far as I'm concerned, the only limits would be for personal taste.
Stopped in today on way home from Bear Mountain. Glad we did, seated right away,wait staff was polite and on point. 6 of us all got different items and all were not disappointed! Very good food and good prices. My only complaint is its 2hrs from my home. Will definitely stop back the next time I'm in the area.
