I had the goat soup which was full of flavor. My husband had jerk chicken with jollof rice which couldn't have been better. Quan manages the restaurant and was engaging and helpful in telling us about the food and the other things happening at the restaurant. They are closing for a month for renovations which will make this gem even better!

Came in for lunch with a friend. We both had the jerk chicken with jollof rice. The food was delicious and the service was great. The chef / owner came out and chatted with us and was really nice and helpful, since I have some dietary restrictions. It was all really affordable too and a nice place to hang out. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free and vegetarian options.

The staff was amazing! The executive chef came out and introduced himself - he was so humble and welcoming. The food was delicious and unique - the presentation was also very artistic! We had drinks, an appetizer, two entrees, and dessert - everything was spot on! Based on the quality, I was not at all shocked to learned that the executive chef was actually a contestant on Chopped on Food Network! The staff was attentive, friendly, and make us feel like family! We will definitely be back - I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

My wife and I ate at Ofori last night, and I wanted to leave a review while it was fresh on my mind. The food here is spectacular; the best meal I’ve had out in a very long time. We started with the calamari and the jerk chicken wings. The calamari was cooked perfectly. Likely the best calamari I’ve ever had. The wings were also excellent; the jerk sauce was smoky, sweet, and spicy all at once. Delicious.I had the ox tail. Mind blowing good. Despite being a restaurant, the ox tail felt like a home cooked meal. The jollof rice it came with-addictive. So incredibly delicious. My wife had the branzino. The spices used were unlike anything we’ve had. I’m not a branzino fan; next time I go to Ofori, I will likely order the branzino.Additionally, Mr. Ofori is extremely nice, the ambiance was chill, the service was exceptional, and there is a parking lot within 25 feet of the restaurant.Absolutely highly recommend Ofori World Cuisine. Mr. Ofori will not disappoint.

This restaurant is a jewel. I have no problem giving 5 stars after just one visit. The food was sublime; the service excellent; and the ambience relaxed. The chef/owner was courteous and accommodating. And charming. We were not there while the DJ was playing so I can't speak to that experience. I'd suggest if you don't like it, go when it's not happening. I don't understand the negative reviews but I suppose you can't make everybody happy. All I can say is I will definitely be returning and if highly recommend you visit as well.PS - the calamari is too die for.

The executive chef was on chopped, and him and the rest of the staff truly made you feel like family.It was my first time trying African food - got the Ghana style jerk chicken. First visit to this gem. Authentic with good portions- including the jerk chicken appetizer. Delicious oxtail and coconut shrimp! Very fresh and not too salty- even the rice. Drinks were not weak and service very good. Welcoming, friendly and professional owner. Looking forward to our next meal here. Definitely recommend!
This is a treasure, the atmosphere is upscale. Food and drinks were all top notch. We will be back and will recommend to friends and family. The fried banana cheese cake was the perfect end to a wonderful meal and evening.
