The peak of diner-style breakfast perfection. I moved to Peekskill a couple of months ago and have been systematically checking out local diners (my Moms went into assisted living and lives to go out for breakfast. Westchester Diner got a thumbs down from me and my Mom, other places were ‘meh’ but at Pastels, we found our go-to breakfast joint. That NY menu, the crowd, the waitstaff were exactly the vibe you want and the food? Perfect. Home fries cooked to perfection, bottomless...
