I rate this the best barbacue in the North East. And the sides are to die for. Make sure they give you enough napkins.

Visited after a review from Westchester Magazine. Fantastic food! Had a brisket sandwich where the brisket was piled on the sandwich. The brisket is one of the best I've ever had! Tasty, but not too salty, smoked just perfectly. The waiter was very attentive. The whole experience was excellent and cannot wait to return. Definitely recommend.

I love to get takeout from the Peekskill Smokehouse. The jalapeño poppers stay super crisp even as takeout. I usually order the beef and pork burnt ends, baked beans, Mac and cheese, Cole slaw and jalapeño poppers. Tastes even better the next day!

I had an awesome experience here. I get nervous going to bbq places because they can be so hit or miss. Especially when ordering brisket. Half the places I go, it ends up being dry. Well this brisket was anything but dry. My whole experience was great. I came with my wife and daughter. We were greeted right when we came in. The man who waited on us was awesome. All the food we got was great. We ordered the chips with chili and wings for appetizers, and then brisket ribs and chicken.I would definitely recommend.

I believe first impression is what sells you when you go into a restaurant for the first time. To me this is not a barbecue or smokehouse restaurant the food is simply smothered in barbecue sauce, which was not served very welleither. My pulled chicken was cold and just served in the aluminum tray.not even their French Fries were hot. The waitress wasn’t very well rehearsed at her job either she tried to be More cute then efficient at her job. Not sure how this place stays in business because it doesn’t sell what they advertise which is barbecue food

Get the beef short rib. A pound of meat, falling off the bone, delicious, fatty, great bark, amazing.

Food is very sub par. I’ve been eating barbecue and smoked foods for over 30 years and this place isn’t close to what they offer. If your looking for good smoked food I suggest Texas Roadhouse in cold spring their food is

Visited on Memorial day ‘23. They were one of the few places open and had lots of available tables. There were options for indoor and outdoor seating with a patio in the back with picnic tables and seating out front of the restaurant. Service was quick and the food was awesome! The ribs were fall off the bone and so flavorful! The brisket was moist and juicy and oh so tender! We often find that some BBQ restaurants around the area tend to serve very dry brisket and ribs, this was not the case here! Mac and cheese, baked beans and broccoli slaw were our sides and we were not disappointed! I wish they served cornbread as a side on the menu because it was delicious! The prices were reasonable too. We will be visiting again!Parking: 2-hour street parking is available during the week from 6am-6pm and it is free after hours, weekends, and holidays. There are a few public lots around if you can’t find street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the front of the restaurant.

Had the burnt end sandwich and fries for lunch takeout. Fries were crisp and golden fried. Sandwich, though juicy, a bit chewy and great smoky flavor was extremely salty and heavy. The lettuce unfortunately wilted under the weight of the warm beef. It needed something to cut the richness of it, either pickles or slaw. Meal came to $15.17.

Baked beans were incredible. Corn bread was also good. However the brisket was too dry. Also, a Cardinal sin for a BBQ place - only one bb-q sauce which was overly sweet. Add 3-4 addtional sauces like most places and would give you a second chance.
