First time trying ramen that is not the instant Maruchan kind. Now I see what the hype is all about... delicious ramen, excelent portions, staff were so attentive and the decor is so cute and cozy. Will definitely come back 😋🫶🏼

Celiac safe. But really specify as soy sauce has gluten. The owner is usually there and can tell you with certainty what does and doesn’t have gluten.

I usually do the miso ramen with rice noodle, hot ginger honey tea. Depending on the evening a roll or two of sushi for the road, with gluten free tamari of course.

Tom Yum Ramen was incredible, so was the vegetarian kimchi. Mango Brûlée was also banging. Host and owner were super sweet.
Definitely recommended for lunch or dinner in Peekskill!
