I have been going to Ruben’s for 20 years since it was across the street from its current WAY NICER location. I am now like “part of the family” with the staff that has been there. Ruben strives to please his customers and have live entertainment as often as possible. Last night I ordered jambalaya-never had it there (I’m a picky “safe” eater, don’t vary my menu much) and I loved it! A Margarita is my “go to” drink, never disappoints. If you like a fun, Latin vibe, dancing (weekend nights) and Mexican food this is the place.

There was an open buffet with amazing vegan food that I tried for the first time. A variety as well of delicious appetizers. I look forward to eating more healthier like this LOL great hospitality as well and their chicken wingettes was crisp and delicious❤️thank you❤️💯

MY REVIEW✅ Lieutenant Governor Delgado comes through as a breath of fresh air for anyone tired of the usual political mumbo jumbo. He’s not just another suit behind a podium—this guy’s got roots in hip hop and law, plus a real family man vibe that’s relatable. What stood out in his hour-long talk was how he called out the nonsense of locking up citizens for non-criminal acts, calling it a form of kidnapping. That’s heavy because it’s about standing up for the people, not playing the political game. He’s all about making New York a place that stands for its people, especially the younger generation.
Delgado’s take on the school system hits hard—he gets that it’s broken and wants to fix it for our kids, not just toss around empty promises. Sat at the bar, had guacamole for an appetizer, and Birria Tacos for dinner everytthing was delicious. Alejandra was super nice and can make a mean skinny mezcal margarita. Only thing that wasn't good was that the heinekens were warm but we ask to them to put a few on ice and they did.

This is a best restaurant to go to in Peekskill every time I go to this restaurant I am treated with so much love ❤️ they give you the attention like it’s you alone in the restaurant. It is my favorite restaurant in Peekskill. ❤️, Mario is so friendly and professional. The Menu is worth a visit.

Terrible service and attention. The food portions are large, but the taste is disappointing. If you go on very hot days, stay outside because there's no air conditioning inside because they don't provide it and tell you it's damaged. Happy hour isn't really what it says on the tin; you can't choose, it's just what they've already prepared. I don't recommend it.
