Quick stop in for a snack. We were hoping perhaps for some sandwiches which they do not offer but the sweet treats were delicious. We tried the Apple spice cake, the cinnamon rolls, and the pumpkin cranberry muffin. Thumbs up to each. Would definitely stop again if in the area. Very limited indoor seating.

Best organic bread, pastries, and treats in the lower Hudson Valley! Wow, just can't get over the selection of bread. This bakery uses hot ovens to crisp and char the crust and elevates common bread to gormet. The baguettes are perfect, crispy, and crusty. The olive bread has giant, whole olives that are briny and fresh. I love Bread alone but this is the next level. I arrived around 2:30 and there was still a large selection on a Saturday. Call ahead to check stock. Signal Fire is the perfect local bakery and I'm so glad it's within 25 minutes from home. The bakers were super friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth the trip.

The best bakery around. They are top notch in all they create. Try anything on the menu and you won't be disappointed. Sour dough is the best and they have so much of it!

I drive 2.5 hours just for their bread. It is, far and away, the best bread I’ve ever had. The baked good are superb. They use locally grown, locally milled grains and wheats and all the breads are sourdough based. Run, don’t walk to Signal Fire!

After eating from multiple sourdough shops and sellers, this was the best sourdough and arguably the best tasting bread I ever had. Underestimated this place and was very impressed. Great service as well, offered me a free cup of coffee

Hidden Gem: Fantastic Coffee Roaster and Bakery!

I stumbled upon this little coffee shop by accident, and what a great find! They roast their own coffee beans and also sell their own fresh-baked bread.

The coffee is absolutely delicious, and they have a wide variety of breads and pastries, all of which looked incredibly tempting. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, taking the time to tell us about their shop and process.

Just a note: they close at 4 PM, so if you're planning to buy bread, make sure to get there early! Highly recommend this spot!

I could eat nothing but their olive bread for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy. Their pastries are all excellent as well, not too sweet but complex and delicious. Pricey, but worth it for the quality.
