We had a great pre-show dinner. Best French onion soup We've ever tasted along with fish and chips lovely server Jules. Quite lively due to St Patrick's weekend but fun nonetheless
I ordered a Bloody Mary NOT SPICY, it was SO spicy, I couldn't drink it and had to send it back. My beet salad was DROWNED in salad dressing, actually gloppy. Chicken pot pie was seasoned too heavily with thyme - basically chicken stew with a piece of baked topping laid on it. Quite a disappointing meal, truth be told.
Overall, eating here was a good experience for pre-show dinner. We had made a reservation for 5:00p and sat immediately as it was not busy. Service was good up to the time the restaurant got busy. Our server was working the bar but also had two tables against the far wall. We placed drink and appetizer order and then had to flag her multiple times to place dinner and drink orders. There are many dining options in the area which I would look at but I would go to Slainte again for...
