Delicious. My wife is a curator in the Hudson Valley MOCA gallery across the street and she found this little store by luck. It's a tiny place. Not much in terms of facility, but they have some great stuff. My wife brought home ravioli and it was stunningly delicious. She told me that they supply the restaurants. We now buy there all the time whenever we want something delectable that does not require much work and goes fast, but is still awesome. The ravioli is easy to heat and we just add marinara sauce. It is as good as the best restaurant food in the top Italian places here in the Hudson Valley. We also bought pasta and sauce, but mostly we keep several packages of the different types of ravioli on hand. If you compare this to the frozen ravioli in the supermarket, it would be like comparing Taco Bell to a real Mexican restaurant with a real Mexican chef. We have a pretty discerning palette, and trust me, this ravioli is unbeatabl e, unless perhaps you go to Tuscany.

I walked in and went to buy the frozen broccoli rabe raviolis and the owner, Mario, suggested I come back in a couple hours for freshly made ones.So there's great service, great pasta, and a huge variety.

Gotta have a guy for everything these days, and this guy is the pasta guy. The cheese ravioloi are the best ive ever had, the pizza dough is great, the pasta is great too (very firm if you like Al Dente), awesome chicken cutlets, and homemade sauces. One of the best places around.

A little store front with alot of variety. I love their raviolis. Especially the butternut squash. So filled and fresh. I highly recommend. I'm glad I found this little gem. I don't have to go to the bronx now.

We believe this is the best homemade pasta place we have ever found. Lived in Manhattan over 40 years and dined at so many restaurants in NYC, we never found pasta this good with all natural ingredients. For the quality, you may pay 30 dollars plus for a pasta dish at a decent restaurant, but you pay 7.5 to 12 dollars for 2 or 3 portions at Tuscana.

The marinara sauce is amazing. They use real tomatoes, basil, garlic, or other fresh herbs that you can actually see in the sauce. I also use the sauce for stuffed eggplants, meatballs, chicken parmesan, turkey meat sauce, and more.

The roasted red-pepper or burrata ravioli, linguine with squid ink, spinach or wild mushroom tortelloni (large tortellini) are our top favorites. We recommend anyone, especially those who love real homemade pasta without artificial additives or extra sugar to try Tuscana.

Thank you Mario for your amazing work. We will return to your store soon again!

Visiting our grandkids and my son-in-law introduced me to Tuscana. Truly amazing pasta. I told the owner that I was going to plan a trip back to the area to start sampling all of his fresh pastas. I’m going to start at one end of the display case and work my way to the other end. Our reaction to the first one we tried, Gorgonzola ravioli, was “we’re coming back”. Delicious. The owner took his time with us explaining all of the various fresh pastas he offers. Outstanding!

I have no idea where these five star reviews are coming from, but the pasta/food from this place is absolutely horrible and expensive to boot. Don't waste your time and money, go elsewhere -

WOW . That's all I can say. I'm 3rd generation Italian chef . Graduated from 1 of the best culinary school (CIA) . This place is the true Deal. I've been there several times already, to purchase different pastas and every time never let down. All fresh ingredients no BS Fillers. At my last visit , I was able to speek with the owner Mario and he gave me a full tour of the pasta factory. Talk about all fresh ingredients . The organization and cleanliness . Like I said WOW.

We have been going to Toscana since they opened, and we love their pasta. Having grown up near Arthur Ave in the Bronx I am accustomed to having great pasta. I can tell you I believe Toscanas Ravioli’s are better. The pasta is delicate and the cheese is very creamy. We have tried many of their other pastas and they are equally delicious. Thanks for the great pasta Mario

We just had the thin linguini, and it was fabulous! Just butter and freshly grated Parmigiano--perfecto!
