Food was delicious especially the mussels. Atmosphere was too dark and temperature was toooo cold. We remarked about this to the owner and she shrugged it off saying it was ambience!!!
The food was great when I went there to eat, but when passing there one day recently I overhead disrespectful comments made about me by the waiter.
Food is always on point and Monique is an awesome hostess.

I could give this place a zero star I would. Let start up with the service. We got to the place at 3:20pm on a Sunday for Brunch, the male waiter approached me and my friend saying that they closed and will re open at 5pm. I was confused because the website doesn’t mention anything about a 2 hours break from 3-5pm. Me and my friend decided to wait outside until 5pm and sat on the chairs they have right outside the restaurant for one hour and 40 mins. Exactly at 4:49pm it’s starting raining super hard with thunderstorms we tried to go inside the restaurant so we didn’t get wet the Owner “Monic”!!! Very unpleasant!! Opened the door and kept saying they closed, we cannot serve you food until 5pm, did not even bother to hear why we had requested to go inside. Monic was very rude from the moment we sat on the table inside the restaurant, I felt we were being treated different from everyone else. I saw white people were being treated better than me and my friend we are latinas. The horrible was complete trash. The started plate the burrata was supposed to have roasted peppers instead it had eggplants. Also the bead we were given had to be at least 5 days old, it was hard as a rock, NOT FRESH at all!!!! I ordered the hanger steak and the meat was rotten the moment I took a bite I almost threw up. My friend ordered the salmon which was raw and not even fully cooked and it had a disgusting fishy smell that would make anyone nauseous. We had to get something else and decided to go with something safer which we thought we be the margarita pizza. Another badddd dish, I could not even eat it neither my friend. We left the place so hungry. At the begging Monic said we charge 18% gratuity and when the bill came we were charged a higher percent, means SHE LIED to us!!!!! when the bill came I called on her to explained her I upset and disappointed I was about the way we were treated and tried to suggest that she should treat clients better for future reference. I was talking she was talking over me very rude not even letting me finish my sentences, and kept saying that they have been there for 22 years basically that she doesn’t care to lose two clients. She also we should not waited outside for that hour and 40 mins l, if it was her she would have left. I couldn’t believe. But I honestly I knew my experience was going to be this bad I would have left !!!! WORSE RESTAURANT AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Please don’t come here. Monic was very rude and did not even apologize for the bad treatment we received !!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!! Please don’t waste your money nor your time !!!!!!

Food was disappointing. Everything that could be stale was stale, from the topping on the tuna tartar to the breading on the fried calamari. Even the wedge salad was a disappointment. I would normally give a pass if the service was good but the server (I believe was the son of the owner?) was more interested in hanging out at the bar than to pay attention to us. We had to constantly flag down anyone that walked past us to get us things we asked for like hot sauce, drink refills etc. We wound up leaving and going to another restaurant for dessert as it was my husband's birthday.
We dined with another couple and we both order the Lobster for 2 special. All of us loved it. The lobster was perfectly cooked and prepared so it was easy for us to eat. It was quite meaty and delicious as were the fries and corn on the cob that came with it. We hope to go back to enjoy it again before Summer is over! As always the service was perfect and friendly. Caffe Regatta is our favorite place to eat.
One of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. I usually order one of the delicious fish dishes but this time I had the lamb chop special. Perfectly prepared. A delightful meal from start to finish.
Amazing food . Definitely a local neighborhood place when you arrive. I did feel slightly out of place as service wasn't as active as other guest gotten. But overall it was good. I've been there 4 times so far. (Same feel but still good food )

The restaurant is located in a great location and they have a few tables out front which we sat in on a lovely summer evening. Unfortunately the food was not great. We had oysters, a beet salad, crab cakes, and the shrimp scampi.
The oysters were small and not as fresh as it could be, the beet salad and crab cakes were pretty good but unfortunately the shrimp scampi was not great. The noodles were definitely store bought, undercooked, and extremely salty. We usually don't leave leftovers but we couldn't bring ourselves to take it home with us.
The service was decent but not outstanding. We are not sure if we'll be back. We hope that they can improve on their food in the future!

Ordered the lobster special, which was not posted on the menu but is listed on their website - had to ask server - 2 -1 & 1/4lb with corn on the cob, fries and 2 glasses of wine. Ordered the lobster steamed. A good deal for the money except both lobsters were served at room temperature and dried out. Half an ear of corn each also room temperature. Order of Half dozen oysters ordered off the menu at full price were tiny. Glass of Prosecco ordered at full price served warm, had to ask for a replacement chilled. Probably won't go back.
The prices and specials are not anywhere the same as the website and I had lobster eggs Benedict ,the eggs we slimy RAW,no bread with fishy mussels, my husband's steak was so tough he couldn't eat it,never go back very disappointed

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Things were screwed up from beginning to end with absolutely no sense of apology. We had a 630 reservation, showed up on time, but we weren't seated until almost 7pm.The waiter came to our table for the first time at 720pm. We had researched the menu ahead of time to make sure there were kid friendly options, but since it was Mother's Day, they were operating with a different menu which is totally fine. We asked the waiter if they had any kid friendly food that wasn't on the menu and he said no and that all we can get is what's listed on the menu, so we went ahead and ordered. About 20 mins after we ordered, we saw that the kids at the table next to us were eating chicken fingers and french fries, so we asked the waiter why he didn't tell us about that option. He said that we didn't ask and he got a bit of an attitude about it. Luckily he was able to change our order and the kids got chicken tenders. We waited patiently for an incredibly long time for our food to come out, and at about 830, I got up and asked the waiter for an ETA on the food and he again gave me an attitude like I was ruining his night and he said "soon". The food came out about 2 minutes later, so we were hopefully going to get on with our evening. Upon further inspection, the chicken tenders that they delivered to my daughter were RAW. Not just slightly under cooked, completely raw, pink, cold chicken. We called the waiter over again and he again had an attitude when we sent the food back. Again, not even a hint of an apology to be found. When the chicken came back out, it was completely burnt, but we decided it wasn't worth the time to talk to the waiter about it again. At this point we had been at the restaurant for 2 hours with a 5 and 8 year old kid, so we just wanted to be done and get out. Again, at no point during this experience did a single person offer an apology or even show an ounce of remorse for how terrible the service was. They ruined my wife and mother-in-law's Mother's Day dinner and will never go back there again.

I will also make it a point to tell everyone I know that Caffe Regatta is a terrible restaurant.
