Service is terrible ordered at 5:54pm , here it is 6:15pm and still nothing. They claim the “ticket machine isn’t working correctly” they were very disorganized today . Asked for a refund and went across to smash burger where you get better service.

The minute i stepped into this location, Justin, the cashier at the time was so welcoming, pleasant and helpful. People like that are so appreciated because they can make or break an experience and he made it 10x better. Now to the food - the bacon cheeseburger was juicy, flavorful and exactly what I asked for. My overall experience was a 10/10. Keep it up guys!!! <3

I usually enjoy the milkshakes from this five guys location but this was the worst milkshake I think I’ve ever purchased. Watery in consistency (not thick and creamy) and not very cold. I ordered a milkshake with the following flavors : Vanilla, Coffee and Oreo cookies. The milkshake made was bitter and didn’t taste like any vanilla was added in. I cannot recommend against ordering this milkshake combo from this five guys location any more strongly. Just awful. I should have asked the five guys employee who made the milkshake to please refund me or to make it again because it was just so awful. I was in a rush and had to return back to work across the parking lot so didn’t want to bother asking for a new made milkshake.

This my 3rd time ordering with Uber eats and they got my order wrong I am paying over $60on phone and I keep getting someone else’s order I don’t eat bacon I submit pictures for proof

Consistently omit items from online orders. My shake….fries…..over half the time I place an Uber Eats order, something is missing….and the bag is sealed so it’s not the driver. The taste of the food is very good….what keeps me coming back! Lets do a double check on online orders Guys so we can get that service level up to a 5.
