Extremely accommodating, welcoming, and attentive staff and service. Excellent, tasty food. Warm, comfortable atmosphere. We had a celebration of life here on a Saturday afternoon for a friend who unexpectedly passed away. The restaurant helped us plan appetizers and entrees to serve our group of 20 people across two tables. They accommodated a couple who needed to eat gluten free. They found a comfortable place to sit for a friend who uses a wheelchair. They communicated with us several times in the weeks leading up to the event to make sure all of our needs were met. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Amazing service! The owners are extremely friendly and always remember us when we come. My family has been repeat customers for many years. We have moved from Pelham and still make a point to stop by when we are in the area!

This has become our go-to place now for Chinese food. They opened back up a few moths ago and though the area needs a little refresh (miss the fish tank), the food is still great. Ordered the General Tso's, moo shu pork and Singapore noodles. Got some hot sake too. There is nothing better than eating food when it's hot. Plan on eating here more in the future.

I visited Pelham palace ?? (bad) and was disappointed. The chicken wasn’t fresh, the rice was bland, and the lo mein lacked flavor. Despite the high prices, the quality was poor. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

General tsos and sesame chicken was very dry, underseasoned, the meat itself was freezerburnt(?). We gave it two chances but I'm sorry this is the worst chinese food I've had so far.

I call total BS on cathrab. 776 reviews? Seems loke a bot to me. 776 reviews? Something is wrong there. I get take out or delivery all the time. The food is great. From traditional American Chinese to the sushi. Each dish is a homerun. The staff is always friendly. Even during covid. The delivery is always faster than they estimate, and I live on the other side of town in Pelham, NY.

The food is nasty and overpriced. The general Tso was dry and tasted more like it was doused in bbq sauce. The fried chicken wings were undercooked and needed salt. Shrimp was unseasoned and overcooked.

No dine in even though it’s a large restaurant
