What a great little jewel in Pelham, the food was amazing and the service was excellent. They really make you feel welcome at this place. I went early and the place was not crowded but you can tell the staff is very attentive wether is crowded or not. I came for my anniversary and  will definitely be back.

Sergio's has been my go to place for a good meal, excellent service, warm hospitality, and important conversations. The food and team culture is 100% consistent. I never walk away anything less than totally satisfied. It is a gem with an excellent price point.

The noise level was deafening. We had to shout to be heard. Too many tables cramped together, otherwise the space would have been attractive. The food was pretty good, the service excellent, but I'd never go back because the roar made it unenjoyable.

To their credit, the staff handled the situation with grace. The servers did their best, and management kindly offered to move us to a different floor, which made all the difference. You can’t reason with entitlement, but you can appreciate a team that goes above and beyond to protect the dining experience for other guests.
We’ll 100% be back — not just for the great food, but for the way the staff took care of us. Highly recommend.
